Why would any company want a complete stranger that's arrived unannounced (usually wearing shades & a mask) to mooch about their building with a camera? If it's pre arranged & they know you have a genuine interest, then a member of staff is organised to escort and explain procedures as you're taken around. Get real. The sole purpose of these videos is to harass & provoke staff while they're on duty.

This place uses gravity to fill Tankers, conveyors to raise product to top of silo's, and shaker houses up stairs, with different size screens that products fall into, to sort products by size, with separate conveyors to transport products to individual silo's. So basically, this place is sorting of products, to create same sized products, and then trailers cart away one sized grain/product, to be delivered to a production food plant. Also a dusty environment in house, so that is dust extraction ducting. Also like the mixing of products by 'Son of a Gun' below.

This is a cattle feed company, obviously they prepare dry feed mixtures for chickens and turkeys.
The silos contain the basic raw ingredients e.g. Wheat, maiz, oilmill meal= extraction leftovers (soy, rape seed meal, etc.)
These raw ingredients are mixed to recipe and offloaded into trucks. Older chickens and turkeys are happy to eat whole grain, but not the young one's, that's why I suspect that they have grain crushing units in their process, and there will be a cleaning step to sort out stones, small branches, dead rats and dead pigeons.. and other disgusting pollutants. It's also Important is to deliver food with the right humidity to avoid fungus during storage. Of course they have a small lab that ensures quality i.e. absence of Salmonella, protein content... etc

@@liamloxley1222 I have seen several audit videos, where the auditor wont give their youTube channel to the people asking questions, because they would attempt to stop the video from being shown on youTube, or demonetized losing them, money, if they complain, about private information being leaked for example, from a video, youTube will take it down, or stop money from being earned from it.
I have had hassle with youTube for some of my own videos, which are only games, not live recording people.

Not sure why you feel you have to explain yourself... they never actually listen to what your saying anyway.. they have their opinion and you won't change it... when he refused to tell you who he was you should have just ended the conversation... I hate the fact they think you "owe" them an explanation....

On what is done at the site, from what I can see it look like they are mixing feed. The trucks look to be grain trucks. They back into the shed, open the rear door and the grain falls out into the pit where it is taken by conveyer to one of the silos. The tanks in the rear are where all the additives are kept. The grain and additives are mixed and then the trucks drive into the bay where they are filled with the different grain mixes. There again I could be completely wrong... LOL. Just noticed at 19:32 that rusty thing by the orange tote is a mixing auger.

Thanks so much Stephen. That does sound interesting. I wish they had just said that and maybe shown me the conveyor. Just a little thing but would have meant a lot to me and everyone watching. We dont see these things everyday and its great to understand it. ❤

lol, look, I enjoy watching your and other audit vids (other than the ones that cross the line) but let's not kid ourselves. This is EXACTLY the type of reaction 'auditors' want to elicit from people. The vids would be SO much less interesting if the people you encounter simply replied with 'oh right, bash on' and walked away. They have no requirement to start telling some random about the company, I certainly wouldn't waste my time. I don't expect to get many agreeing with me, but we all know I'm right ;)
