This show behind the scenes was wild! I'm happy that everyone is happy these days. It's also kind of ironic that Barry Williams loved being a teen idol but David Cassidy hated it. He was always reminded about being Keith Partridge. Very sad. It's also funny that Susan Dey, David's onscreen sister, Lori had a crush on him in real life. And unlike Barry and Maureen McCormick (Marcia) he actually rejected her. Really kind of sad. And, side note, I read Growing up Brady in the 90's. Barry is a great author and told his story well. Very captivating. And great job on the video. Side note, I was born in 79 so I watched the Brady Bunch in reruns. 😂

Good for them. Seriously, they didn't have the normal social/sexual environment but they had each other. All things considered it's all pretty tame and cute by today's standards. Nobody got pregnant and no allegations of rape.
The only time they tried diagonally it ended in disaster. Like the time Greg and Peter snuck into the kitchen for some cookies and they caught Alice rubbing the glossy pages of a dirty magazine all over herself. No, but I love and respect the Jewish people and Israel. I used to go to temple for Shabbat services, and it was the highlight of my week. I have gone to Christian churches for decades, but at temple, I felt more of the sense of the awesomeness and reverence for G-d than in church. I loved the onegs and I loved the congregants, and I was even "adopted" by a beautiful, sweet 90-year-old lady named Betty Rothschild who got so happy when I walked in, and would wave and motion for me to come and sit by her. I was so proud and happy to know her, as well as the other friends I made. I took a basic Hebrew class there, and was taking a cantilation class, which I wasn't able to complete because of work.
I actually was planning on being bar- mitzva'd. Very disappointed I wasn't able to.
Our rabbi was wonderful and well loved (Rabbi Melamed, which is a was perfect name for him) and I had the privilege of speaking with him. I also was able to have a conversation with the cantor, who was one of several ex-Catholics in the congregation. I told her, "I'm not Jewish, but Judaism is the root of *my* faith. Can a branch curse its root? Of course not! Any self-proclaimed "Christian" who doesn't love and cherish the Jewish family and Israel will be judged harshly by ".
