Finally a Panasonic camera that has FANTASTIC auto-focus! This is a game changer for Panasonic.

wow.. Great to se panasonic finally updating the autofocus.
This is Panasonic's small, entry level camera in the l-mount. It targets the hand held hybrid shooter with small gear. The 20-60 and the 14-28 together with the F1.8 primes are perfect for this target audience. But there is room for new S1, S1R and S1H cameras targeting people who use larger lenses, heavy tripods and data rich codecs. We can expect a lot more just by looking to the S1H, S5-II and what can be done in a flagship like the A1 or Z9. This is just the first in a new Generation, not the one to rule them all.

I do not know, but I can’t see why it shouldn’t. I am currently travelimg but I can tell you in a couple of weeks. More videos about the S5ii will follow. 👊

I’m new to camera. Is a prime lens compatible with autofocus? Or it has to be a zoom lens
