I always love seeing the different ways that people utilise space in their tiny homes. Designing a house that works for a family with young children can be especially challenging, and Bobbie has done a fantastic job of creating a home where all the family needs are met. I especially love the very clever design of the children's loft! I hope you enjoy this video tour! Thanks for watching. Love Bryce & Rasa

It's another winning video, Bryce and Rasa! From the outside Robbie's home is very unassuming, then from the first glance at the inside, it changes into an open, un-cramped, warm, well thought out design and different from any other I've seen. What a gem that bathroom window was, to fool your professional eye, me too, for that matter. Great ideas, Great video. : ) Thank You. Ten Million subs around the corner, eh?

@@ghostship7823 - not everybody has a friend who can lend money, and if one does not have cash, one has to borrow money with interest. Also, most people pay for their parking/location. Tiny home makes sense in warm climate, build without a main contractor and parked on the land you own, or family's that is nice enough to let you park for free. Otherwise, I dont see where the saving is. Also, the"freedom of moving" is great for a family without children. Kids need stability of school, friends and other social connection. Safety is also an issue. I think that tiny homes are great for young people as a temporary housing, and later in life - as vacation homes.

The design of the house is very thoughtful. I like seeing a truly lived in space, with the kids monkeying around and climbing the stairs. This shows me that a tiny house with kids, can be well designed, as well as something that works for the whole family.

Oh wow, I'm in love with this design and the wallpaper!! Great job, Bobbie!
I think the reason so many people are willing to show their house and all its intimate features to Bryce - basically a stranger from the internet - is that in each video posted we can see how incredibly respectful he is of everything. He knows how to appreciate every aspect of it, every hour of work that went into building it. He makes people feel what they accomplished and shows all his viewers why THIS house is perfect for whoever lives in it.
And it's all genuine. You could show him a shoebox and he'd know just the right things to say about it to make it feel like a castle.

I picked up so much from this video.
    The connection between the family.
The peace and sense of pride which she has from creating her space with her children.
I loved the fold up bed idea.
I shared a bedroom with my brother almost up until my teen years.
I also dated a girl who was 20yo and still sharing a bedroom with her twin sister.
Privacy is important but it can be worked around if respected. I can see Bobbie understands this from her own bedroom space also.
Congrats on creating such a great space that's suited for your needs!
Thank you for sharing your home, Bobbie
Bryce and Rasa, another great video from you both 👍
    A very enjoyable watch.
    Thank you.

I've seen many of this channel's videos and really like this one because it shows something different. This video offers a glimpse into the process by which architects work, live and think. It also has a quite personal story attached to it which makes it quite authentic. So much of YT is about influencers doing hidden advertisements. This one is more of a visit inside a person's home, and is particularly interesting because it also tells a story about how an experienced architect on a budget works. My favorite part of this home is the kids room.

Bobbie is the perfect resemblance of functional essentialist. I can tell she's been squeezed much by her HK clients that indirectly structured her decision making. Everything about the design is so so well made and to a very high standard. The 'client' here is her kids. The tiny house is made to ensure her children wellbeing. A mother that really puts the life of others over herself. Selfless and she's the kind of woman that will do all the possible ways to see her children in an apocalypse.
