I used to go to the gym every other day but i got on meds that make me very tired so i dont go anymore. Its not just the meds that stops me its also the anxiety and depression. My goal is to start going again sometime soon

Start doing some easy home workouts like squats. Squats are killer even if you don’t have weight. Enough reps of body weight squats will have your legs super sore and the endorphin release is great

@@leslietisdial5753 no problem man. I k le it sounds silly but when I am trying to get out of a depression without using drugs I do a crapload of squats and afterwards I feel euphoric for some reason. Also the soreness is a reminder that I’m putting in work, although sore legs can suck it’s so worth it in my opinion.

I couldn't agree with you more that physical activity and mental health go hand in hand. For me personally, I truly believe in the power of yoga for both physical and mental health. Since doing yoga regularly, I haven't had a single panic attack. It keeps me balanced, strong and calm. For the past several months, I have been experiencing mid to low back pain. I finally completed a series of MRIs and ultrasounds last week. The doctors discovered 2 hemangiomas in my thoracic spine (T11, T12) with compression on my spinal cord and mini fractures there as well. I'm meeting with a neurosurgeon next week and hoping to not need surgery...I'm actually really scared. I''ve only been walking for a while and feel myself "jonesing" for yoga and feel lost without it. I'll definitely get a second opinion after meeting with the neurosurgeon so if you have any recommendations for neurosurgeons, please throw them my way. I'm in the States near Boston.

😅 Thx again for cheering Dr Syl 😀
I was thinking that it’s nice if everyone, can do something of workout 🏋️‍♀️ but the thing is:
“How much you burn 🔥 = how much you eating 🥣 “
but what do you think 💭 people with depression, bipolar, ADHD etc , do you think it’s a benefit or can be opposed??
Thanks and take care my friend - I wish that only can take the bar 😂 20kg , but I can move my computer 🐁😅
