When there’s patient information for treatment and litigation is involved, there’s a written and executed agreement that each provider signs, and therefore, it’s up to the attorneys on the case to sue and get those records, and request that any licenses that he has be revoked.
Exactly! That’s what I used to help my attorneys with when I worked as a paralegal many years ago.
@@aubsta1 A patient can still submit a complaint to the medical board of the state even if the provider is technically not a doctor. I learned this information from my insurance company. If there is a nurse involved, you can also submit a complaint to the nursing board of the state. You can also submit complaints to your insurance companies about any health or medical providers.

The Chiropractor needs the money! That's what this is really about. Medical professionals don't turn and get ugly like that unless they are money hungry or closet racist. Either way this so unprofessional, I have no words. He should take this case to the state medical board and go after his license. Why? Because he is under oath to provide quality and professional care, he did neither.

Personally I think the difference between 'thick & thin-skinned' people is overwhelming fear of change, and an absence of real curiosity about the world & other people; deep down they're just very fearful people.

When the reporter asked the doctor if he’s on on the other side he said it didn’t matter. Oh I think it really does. That’s the whole problem. He was on the other side of those demeaning texts. I had a problem with a chiropractor playing games and refused to release my medical records so he could get paid 30 years ago. He received only a fraction of what he claimed what was owe to him by playing games. I stopped returning chiropractor's calls after my attorney paid my chiropractor and closed my case. I don't know why these chiropractors play these games.

He could have simply refused to treat the patient but I feel there is a lot more than meets the eye with this case and the dr&personal injury lawyer know each other very well and the client was caught up in their charades

While that Dr was highly unprofessional, I think he may be involved in an insurance scam with the lawyer and he's getting the short end of the stick. If the patient isn't involved, he will get a different attorney and Dr and extricate himself from this potentially fraudulent contract. Then, report the Dr. to the Office of Professional Conduct and the Medical Board in the State, he has solid evidence.

@@ScrewgeMcF_ck the gentleman’s lawyer (“the scum Egyptian” ) sent him to this chiropractor to be seen for an alleged accident against another company but allegedly is upset because he hasn’t got paid for services and the lawyer and gentleman need the records to say to use in the lawsuit. And if this dr is involved they also need the records to say or indicate certain things. Doesn’t excuse whatever words they used against each other while in heated arguments and doesn’t excuse the text messages he sent to the gentleman but that’s seems to be the bigger picture.
