A few things that I strongly recommend when getting killifish, start with more than a single pair of a species. Keep your species and locations separate. Make sure your lids are very tight as these guys are incredible escape artists, which is why you should start with more than a single pair. A lot of OG killifish keepers like to say, the person that buys a single pair of a killifish is a fool. All that being said, killifish are one of the most underrated and underappreciated fish in the hobby.

HI Jason, need your advice, i have been breeding fish (easy stuff like cherry barbs). I get the eggs, hatch the fry, but make it to the 2 week mark, then..........lots of casualties. I believe changing the water helps, but i need to change the containers as well (the new container will have less bacteria). big question, i have raised fry to about 4 weeks mark, then i put them in a cycled 10 gallon.......then they die.
