I cant help comparing her to Vera Brittain now. They had a lot in common i think . Both born at a similar time , both lost brothers in the first world war , both were passionate about writing and being intellectual .K

I dont know much about her , except i thought she was married to the poet laureate . So i'm listening to a documentary , A Portrait of Katherine Mansfield . K

There's a lovely drama series about her life too, in fact - 'A Picture of Katherine Mansfield'; it also dramatises some of her stories.

I've just been watching Love in a Cold Climate . Same era as Katherine Mansfield and Vera Brittain . Not very intellectual though ! Until Fanny marries a don . No one approves ! K
