Wait, so it's that true that this AC lacks in some parts?... Which other categories lacks in parts?. This game is for last generation, it ahould even have way more parts than any other old version. How about tanks and RJ?
I second. We're kinda lacking in terms of AC components, but hopefully a DLC or sequel will give us more choices. That, to me, is a classic FromSoft experience where you start with basic gear and then slowly work your way upwards (or go the extra mile to locate the hidden gear). After playing around with the first plasma rifle a bit I was wondering how they'd handle the karasawa, making it have a 3rd level of charge to get that plasma AOE damage is a nice solution.

And FFS, those Laser Drones are LITERALLY Funnels from Gundam. I'm in love. THEY'RE PERFECT. The only thing I'm finding is that they are hard to equip when my plasma missile launchers do so well.
If anyone is wondering, (and i assume noone has commented this already) but the HC-2000/BC shade eye is unlocked after beating raven in the arena in NG+1 after chapter 3
It's actually 6 "drones" (funnels if we're honest haha!) I think! I really like them too they're super cool and make you feel like a NewType for a second. You could totally create a Nu Gundam or Sazabi look alike with similar weaponry and specs but it may not necessarily be competitive in PVP or efficient for the story content. Not really sure, but might still be fun to built and play around with. Hell maybe in the right hands it could be really, really good ;)

I guess that depends on how the PvP feels for everyone though, my superfast / superlight mech with flamethrowers doesn't look like everyone would enjoy playing against it so the multiplayer might be in a bit of a classic fromsoft state right now. Seems mostly fine otherwise, I think there are just a couple of trouble points--like manual aim flamethrowers on a fast mech is virtually undodgeable for everyone involved from what I can tell, might be fixable if the applied their damage differently or just covered a smaller area so you could maybe get away from em sometimes. That isn't to say I have not been countered though, tank mechs have the HP to run in a circle just as I do and can fucking bash me over and over--and that's usually just once before I'm dead honestly, I think bipedal guys could also be kicking me but just don't bother to unlock it in most cases. So, maybe it's actually fine and I just need to play it more to see people be creative but knowing that the flamethrower was locked behind discovery made me feel like I had an advantage over the people who didn't even know it was in the game yet because they didn't finish the campaign/arena to see it on honest. It's not like previous armored core games didn't have a pretty rigorous meta, they did, so far it's better than that because the playing field feels kinda even or at least like you can make the enemy play around your style.

Karasawa has also been identified by the acronym KRSW in previous titles, so KRSV is exactly it; however the VE66LRA more closely resembles the classic Karasawa style. Multiple variants have existed before, and considering the two Moonlight variants I’m not suprised they came out with two of em Since the KRSV appears to be a special variant; and it has Sword Night/Flame aspect of dual-type damage output, this is the legendary weapon itself, while the Velra is a callback to its classical form.

It has to be.
@@blinky042002KRSV can mean KaRaSawa-V or something like that
@@Raum2901 ooh cool didn’t know
Karasawa-Variable since its a multi energy maybe
I've unlocked all the combat logs, bought everything in the shop and gotten all 3 ending, beat everything in the arena and still don't have those trophies, I only have the one for the combat logs. Can someone help or explain and I've done all the tutorials too
Really excited
I cant find anywhere that talks about those last two FCS you show here. Any chance we'll get a guide from the channel on all the part locations?
ok I have a question, how do you get the IB-C03G: NGI 000? is it a newgame ++ unlock?
I’ve watched so many of your let’s plays and other content on your channel I was surprised to see I wasn’t subscribed. Coulda swore I had been for some time. Also how is ac6 pvp? Heard it was custom match based games and was wondering if there were elitists out there that stonewall a new player from being in a pvp group?
Hey @FightinCowboy how did you unlock the ALBA head piece? It looks so badass
All of the alba parts are unlocked by completing one of the endings, available on the first playthrough if you pick the correct one
@@gophermanXhey thank you!!
How do you get the Melander C3? Im reading that it unlocks after the first mission but I never got it
I really want the tetrapod legs for the mech in the trailer beginning they looked so fucking cool! That and the massive tank legs from the armored core V trailer
Salute 4 this one 👏
Trying to get the laser slicer (Rusty's weapon) but haven't seen it in the shop. I saw some comments saying it is available in NG+ when chapter 3 starts but i still don't see it.
Should be in your shop already, if not just finish the next chapter.
so, question, what mission are the ephemera head and core in, i've been having a helluva time actually spying them
You'll find the head in chapter 4, Mission 33 Unknown Territory Survey
Dunno where the core is
Core is on underground exploration depth 3 in a chest on one of the beams outside the core
@@lek698 Cheers mate, genuinely.
30:04 you said the lacer slicer is a "new game plus" weapon. What does that mean? And what mission and steps is it to get the lacer slicer?
It means after you beat the game you restart the campaign and there's new routes and it's unlocked as a part during progress
@@FightinCowboy thanks.
Wait so you don't get ayre's mech parts for defeating her? Ah amn they looked so cool too.
Uhhh what are you on about? You do get them, just not from the boss fight.
@@SkeletalJester Do you get anything from that ending aside from rusty's parts or that's it?
@@bananajoe8370 that was my first ending and I don't really remember the parts too well. I just remember there's an arena fight in NG++.
CowBoi is there any sign of that whip I’ve seen a few ACs using? Really wanted to make a Belmont AC haha
It's the plasma thrower, you can see it at the start of the video my guy.
i have every frame part that you have but i havent gotten the achievment is on frame piece missing?
thank you
Dang, theres very few Non Weapon parts
Hopefully this will be fixed in a future Expansion MH Iceborne style if it even going to happen
It seems they removed extensions in favor of OS parts
The Ibis parts (boss) are not available right?
Spoiler if you haven't beaten the game!
I'm sad, only Walter's (not including the first mech for ALLMIND) mech parts are unlockable. I REALLY wanted to rock Ayre's. Hopefully they'll add them in the future for that extra drip options.
You can use ayres
@@KeysLockhart the boss version?
@@imabigblackducknope, only the arena (EPHEMERA) version sadly
@@anatoliasmercenary. Came to figuring that out after doing all three endings. I’m sad its not attainable.
9:43 & 12:25 Want to be the Karasawa SOO BAD. Heck the latter almost has the initials...
Karasawa has also been identified by the acronym KRSW in previous titles, so KRSV is exactly it; however the VE66LRA more closely resembles the classic Karasawa style. Multiple variants have existed before, and considering the two Moonlight variants I’m not suprised they came out with two of em
Since the KRSV appears to be a special variant; and it has Sword Night/Flame aspect of dual-type damage output, this is the legendary weapon itself, while the Velra is a callback to its classical form.
@@yousaidthusly461 Nailed it 👍
@@yousaidthusly461honestly surprised they didn’t just have the 66LRA have the initials VE-KRSWA so the KSRV would be the upgraded version
@@titanjakob1056 based on how the name looks, I officially name thee “Vesslara”

Hey Cowboy, where exactly do you find the Ephemera Core part? I know you get the head, arm, and legs in the depths part 1 and 2 missions. But I can't find the "chest" piece.
Depths 3, once you get into the room with the sniper cannons fly around to the little support beams. It's near the enemies that have combat logs.
@@SkeletalJester thanks brother. Was running through that level multiple times struggling to find it.
where is the ia-co1c ephemera Location?
Do you guys know where I can get the IB-CO3B: NGI001 I can’t seem to find them. 28:01
godsend thank you man
Just started NG+, am I getting HAL 826 suit right after I finish NG+ for liberator of Rubicon ending?
Where to find the VE42b legs? The hovertank ones?
I WAS WAITING FOR THIS
COWBOY CHAD
I suck at EN management. Was thinking of doing a build focusing on that. Also something that focused on melee weapon reload time too. Is that even possible? 😅
If not, I'll just go for a tank build since I am having fu cighting from far away with my missiles.
I mean one thing I’ve seen is having two melee weapons on the left side. You put one on your back with the OS upgrade and then switch between them when the other is on cooldown. Then right side is high impact weapons.
@@liamobrien6044 mmm gonna try that then 😎
Thanks
can also get the boost kick for another melee attack its very possible and very fun tho takes some time to learn how to land those hits but once you do its amazing
@@Suicidal_Hyena boost kick is amazing, I straight up kicked the ocean spider boss a bunch of times until it would stagger lmao
You can also combo it into other things really well in either pve or pvp, like if you have the cruise missiles and need them to connect or if you want to follow up with a charged melee or both
How did you unlock the BC SHADE EYE head? just beat the game and don't have it yet, tried to look it up but haven't really found anything :P
