Thank you so much for the recipe. I live in sweden but my parents are from Georgia, but they are not alive anymore, not my bebo either so I am so thankfull for these recipes. I just did it and it turned out great. Tastes just like home.

Thank you for this recipe. When my Grandmother was sick with Parkinson's, her nurse, who was from Georgia, made this bread for her almost everyday. It was delicious. But more importantly we knew she really cared for grandma by the way she always fed her homemade meals. Great video. I will try to make this and let you know how it turns out. Thanks again!
I had the opportunity to go to Georgia with the military and visit for the night. I just wanted to say that a group of us had ONE of these at the restaurant and ordered 6 more pies to go. Your culture and food was some of the best ive had in Europe. Thats also to include your amazing wine!! Cheers from the states. I will be making this to share with my family ❤
I went to georgia 🇬🇪 for new years and Christmas to visit my Partners Family I never seen so much food in my life on 1 table as I did at the many Supra we attended!!! I was showing my georgian family and friends how I learned to cook some georgian food and they helped me go get the spices i needed .... I love your channel thank you so much 💗
Dear Tatiana, hello from Ireland! Thank you so much for your videos, they are my new obsession. I tried this recipe this evening and although my attempt wasn't perfect I enjoyed making it (and eating it) and can't wait to try again! ❤ Do you have any tips for making smaller khachapuri? This is a huge bread for my small household! :) Love! x
Hi I am making this khachapuri when I have guests. It’s also keeps great refrigerated. Just microwave for 15 seconds. You can half the recipe or there’s another Imeruli khachapuri made on top of a stove on Tamadas Table.
Wow! This looks amazing and simple enough for my lack of baking skills to make. I do have a question: is Georgian cheese not usually available in the States, and do you think other cheeses, like a French cheese, can work well?
Hi I usually use the combo of mozzarella and cows feta which is most approximate to Georgian cheese sulguni. Sulguni is available in some stores in the USA, but not everywhere.
This looks amazing, thank you from London. Tatiana - does this particular Khatchapuri have a particular name/region from which it comes? I always like to write little tags/labels for the dishes when I serve them at parties and want to do so properly.
Gamarjoba Tamada! Do you recommend using this yogurt based dough or a yeast dough for Kubdari? I learnt to make khachapuri with a yeast-flour-water-salt dough and I made that yesterday! I was thinking of using the same dough for kubdari tomorrow.
Yeast dough for kubdari, which needs stronger dough to hold the meat filling. This yogurt dough is too tender for kubdari. Thank you for your question.
This is so underrated Channel. Please subscribe guys! I just filled my belly with a large bowl of Kharcho which I learned from Tamada. So yummy :) -- now I will continue learning Khachapuri for tomorrow's kitchen adventure :D

No, no yeast, just baking soda.

Thanks for the recipe! Is it possible to cook it and freeze it fo r another time? or is better to freeze it raw and cook it when needed?
I think both ways should work

This is a large Imeruli style khachapuri which we typically bake when awaiting a few guests over.
