UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE, we will be doing the MEET UP at 11AM at the tree on the Pyramid stage field (not at midday) due to the record breaking peace sign at stone circle at midday. If you know anyone else who wants to come to the meet up, let them know the time change, HOPE TO SEE EVERYONE THERE :)

Wow, this place is paradise from a distance. Never would I have thought. You folks are lucky. And you are right. You can have a schedule, but aim at seeing a handful of your faves and just letting the rest play out.
This is my fifth Glasto in a row- also love visiting the site when it is empty! Too excited ahhh

My first visit to Glastonbury this year at the age of 51. Great vid, really informative. Survived the wettest ever Download Festival last year so hopefully all should be fine. Keep up the good work guys. :)

Lovely. I never went in my 20s and now in my mid 40s and still being clear of ovarian cancer, and my oldest being 18 in two weeks time, my youngest will be 10, I'm intend to go
I actually can't wait to go this year , 4th time and always forget one thing 😂

I'd never done so much walking. Unbelievable the size of the site.
And when they say things are one way and you're cripplingly tired beg for mercy (it worked, but maybe not for everyone). I could not believe how tired I was. Goodness and I was fit and sober... ish.

k c because we turn 13 on the second day so we get in by one day so we don't need tickets
I am from the states and am scared to fly BUT if I ever do fly my first stop is Glastonbury festival. this summer I will be going to my first ever music festival. "moondance" its a ALOT smaller then glastonburry. about 25 to 30 thousand ppl. we have 4 camp sites reserved for 14 ppl. but we are really close to "the pit" aka main stage.
Any advice or tips for people coming from overseas?
Thanks for the tips. I would say though, there are other options for accommodation if you include off site so that might have been worth mentioning. 👍

I think I may have had the best free camping spot in all of Glasto in 2013. I could have left my things tbh, but as an American, I didn't. Foolishly lucky and fortunate. We were blessed and even though there were toddlers in the tent aside, they were well-behaved and the fun type. We slept well, showered and had real bathrooms. Not the typical Glasto experience I know. And for your first time, you need friends. Find a group on a forum if you don't have friends going. Don't do it solo on your first run--really.

its easier said than done to walk around all day, when the mud was as bad as last year

The website recommend not to bring a gazebo but I see you using one on your videos. Is it frowned upon, we just wanted one for the social element in the event of bad rain 🤗love your vids !

bollocknaked1975 because of how bad the mud am the weather was the traffic was a stand still for 12 miles away and we were told it would take 5 hours so we decided to walk

the is not the worlds biggest or best festival, not even by a long way. just use google, you'll see.
My advice: DON'T BOTHER GOING! save your money. smoke your drugs/drink your beer at home in the back garden. WAAAY cheaper!
All these wonderful caring people concerned about Climate Change and loving the Planet leaving behind acres of filth, plastic, and crap they can't be bothered to take home, year after year.
Next weekend most of these people will be back to their 'usual contempt' for everything they hate, plastic, and Climate Emergency oblivious to their contribution to the very things they apparently despise!
It was plastic free this year!
