This is definitely one of my favorites so far! Main take away is persistence & not trying to be “perfect” the first go round. This is a testament to the phrase “Direction is more important than speed” 👏🏾
Dude this is beyond free value, what an amazing insight. You guys are both killing it in what you do! I’m in the process of moving from mobile detailing and cleaning into the painting business and I can’t thank you enough for this knowledge. Hopefully I can get a spot in your program soon!
@@PaintingBusinessPro The biggest take away for me is that persistence, a great attitude and really caring about your employees will take you much farther than 90% of the people in your industry. I learned this is my industry as well but Daniels success really highlights that this is a universal method of success in business!!
This videos are great. It would also be awesome to bring on guys who are maybe only a few years into the business and struggling a bit in order to give advice. I like that you see the numbers/stats beforehand to prepare. Thank you.
Appreciate the feedback. I’ll consider that! For the foreseeable future we have a whole bunch of these ready to release. Maybe I’ll do some coaching podcasts though. I like the idea.
Fascinated that companies would lean into having a call back teams....this is maddness, it means the customer isnt happy...why lean into that ? . Why not go to the source and train the teams to never get call backs instead. Then younget referrals for more business that keeps your marketing costs down ...meanwhile A call back team is a huge expense.

Awesome. Love to hear that. Constant Improvement is better than trying to get something just right.

You’re correct. That’s the right way to do it. How we do it. And what we help contractors do. For all the reasons you said.
