I love this tiramisu recipe with mascarpone cheese. Egg yolk is cooked using double boiler and mixed in with mascarpone, this gives the super creamy texture. So yummy and easy to make. Thanks for sharing this amazing recipe, will definitely give it a try.

I'm Italian, the recipe is right, there is only one mistake, but an important one: the coffee must not be sweetened at all! Tiramisu is good because the bitterness of the coffee contrasts the sweetness of the cream, so it becomes too sweet and spoils.

I just made this recipe yesterday for my mom's birthday and everyone loved it! The most complicated part for me was the sugar water, i ended up burning it the first time, and the second time it hardened before I could mix it in with the whites :-( so i had to do it a third time. Moral of the story: work quickly, pay attention to how long water is boiling for, and/or have someone help pour in the sugar water as you mix

It s not too sweet cuz she put just a little bit of sugar in the coffee and if u are a real pastry chef u should know the proportion of sugar, and you should know that in any case in a dessert we need a certain amount of sugar! She Also put just a little of sugar in the cream too, in order that in the end all the tiramisu is well proportionned and so tasty! Don t listen to people... and do the recipe as she says ! I am Italian and this is the first time that i see a foreigner making an Italian recipe that is truly an Italian recipe😍 and she did very well😊. I always find people on RUclips who change some ingredients (but in the video they say that it is the original recipe) or they invent a dish and then say thata it is an Italian recipe but in Italy doesn'tt even exist. For example Alfredo pasta it's not italian❌

The unsweetened cocoa powder also cuts the sugar, so i think if the coffee is sweetened, there's not going to be a problem at all...
