Sushi Mizukami, $272 omakase meal Tokyo, Japan

We ate a superb omakase lunch in Tokyo, Japan. We ordered the appetizer plus nigiri meal which was 37000 yen per person. The sake x 2 was extra (8000 yen). Here is what we ate (I didn’t record the 1st two dishes). We especially enjoyed the scallop wrapped in nori and the uni! Chef Mizukami perfected his technique through 16 years of apprenticeship at the famed Sukiyabashi Jiro. Music: "go to sushi heaven" by me.
