ALL GOOD THINGS MUST COME TO AN END

Truthfully, I am struggling. Struggling as a man, a father, a husband, a business owner. Over the past year, I’ve been forced to confront my impostor syndrome head on, and it has been extremely taxing on me emotionally. I am coping, surviving, and repeating. From couples counseling to trying to find out how to improve mental health, to solo therapy and trying to find out if a vasectomy was right for me, this season of life has been one of immense change, uncertainty, and pain. This episode is my effort to give you all the most authentic version of myself and my family.
