Hueys death was SHOCKING to say the least, I felt like I lost a family member when I heard the news. It was THAT kind of pain. When someone can take YOU out of a dark place but not themselves, that's Tragic. We Love you Huey, forever my nigga 🥺.

Growing up in a abusive Asian house hold, adopted as well, I can relate and this is real. Yeah I talked about it with my better half, my wife paved a way for me along with my son. I live with the anxiety and depression, that how I lived WAS deemed unnecessary. I can understand the whole culture of, well our “Parents” worked hard to get into the country. That’s cool and all, mad respect, but they had just as much opportunity to change as we not only have to be accustomed to the religious background and the cultures that surround us. I don’t think Asian parents understand it’s not easy, “Growing up” in the US when we’re beaten to succeed. They never knew the alternatives and just knew how to raise us with a already fixed mindset from the get-go. My advice as a man, father, and a husband, talk to love ones about your upbringing, regardless how soft you think it sounds. Depression is real, I’m still battling it till this day but I have my own family to thank and carry me. Spread positive awareness.
I'm sorry to hear this. I can only imagine your upbringing. I don't know much about the Asian culture. But I'm glad to hear that you can open up to your loved one. That can make you feel less pain, stress ect. Mental illness is serious and it gets to every nationality, social status and gender. Good advice and best wishes.

Anyone else watched his interview with ShotByManzo a few months back? IDK about anyone else, but months ago when I watched that video, I could feel a sense of deep sadness within him on that interview. Ya can even see it a bit on his face. Ya can feel some internal conflicts within him from that video. I am still in disbelief he is gone. We were uplifted by his funny relatable videos on our shitty days and the impact he had to some of us will forever be cherished! RIP Huey!
Yeah every time he 😂😂 uncontrollably it was really just covering up the pain that he felt at that time. It is very sad 😔 and I really hoped he would've stayed strong awhile longer. It's a rough road for most young people from 14-25 if you can make it past that age. Things mentally get a lot better for you (Unless you're strung out on drugs) but he was gonna be alright financially at least, cuz he was hillarious! And I'm glad I found his channel and got to enjoy all his funny videos. R.I.P. Huey🙏🏻

Yeah unfortunately I can imagine coming home and Moms gone. I was locked out house at age 12 by a step mom while my father was AWOL for a Summer. Thank god school was out at least but yeah at age 12? I was homeless and left to fend 4 self. if U had a healthy upbringing? Consider yourself blessed.

I think he accidentally overdose from drugs. He has been living with depression for a while so he knew how to deal with it. I remember one of his interview not too long ago. Huey said he just started making money on RUclips and he wanted to make more videos. So he was not that depression because he had a goal and was consistent in achieving the goal. He

Regardless of how it happened I am just in distraught ... he was soo young and full of life. I know countless of people who have crossed paths with thoughts and being clossed to stepping over the edge and thankfully made it through and later realized things do get better. For anyone out there reading this, life goes on and nothing in this World stays the same, life or the situations we are in whether put there against our will or not. Accidents do occur and I just want people to know that you are loved, we may not realize it at the moment, life is hard and not fair for a lot of us but please don't ever give up. I will never forget Huey he brighten my day up, my soul, and gave me hope and aspiration to continue just by being himself. They say the strongest people are those who can listen and make you smile during your hard times while they are suffering and going through their own problems and tribulations!. Thank you for everything you have done and making us laugh.

As much as we all want to be independent and not rely on others, we should still check up on each other. It makes a big difference. Imagine the times where you're going through tough shit and you randomly hear from a long time friend that you haven't heard from in such a long time. That relief to hear from somebody like that during hard times provides such relief and uplift. In the end you really can't make choices for others but you have all the ability to try and make a positive influence for those around you and anyone that crosses your path. Love is the cure
