My car is actually about in this shape. Not quite as bad but also doesn’t have a lol the aftermarket parts. This is definitely intriguing and kind of motivating. I wanted to do a build similar with mine. Make it have good bones and not worry so much about the looks

I'm really liking the Carters kit, I'd almost think about it for my GT. THe idea of all the self taping screws is a bit of a turn off on a low mile car though. Keep up the good work Chris, that car is going to be badass by the time you and Gary drive up here to Motorcity Fox Fest!
Do you get any rattling noises out of the side pieces or does running a screw on the inner side fix that? I like that kit. Just not sure if it would clear my driveway 😂

Ya the problem is the clips for the gas tank cover don't line up due to the way they did the tank..

I've had these on my cobra for a couple years now it def sets the car apart...my cobra was at foxtoberfest two years ago In Carter's booth

Yes it will. Wiring differs and so does the actual latch assembly over some of the years but those are all easy to change
