tried your method bro. everthing was ok . but its not recovering. btw thanks for this amazing video . at least i tried
the drivers for windows do not work, I try all the versions, restart the pc, connect the phone to the usb 2.0 with all the methods (press the volume button).
My Pc can't see the phone. the Qualcomm HS-USB does not appear, and therefore I cannot go further.
My phone never turns on, it arrives either on the dumb qualcom crash, or with a volume up button start, I arrive on a boot menu.

I'm using a 6t on oos 10 because oos11 is very crappy, atleast on my device. So I've been thinking of going for a custom rom but I'm not sure which one would be stable, secure and usable for next 6-9 months. What would you suggest? Should I try a custom rom or stay with oos 10?

sorry no option is there... but may be u can use some data recovery software but good one are all paid versions

In my case all goes well, until it has to start rebooting (after green light goes Off), but then again the crash dump mode comes up, instead of rebooting...
means crashdump is on hardware level.... go and check with repair shop for ic reballing

Tbh the moment you face qualcom crashdump .. consider your phone to be dead.. even if you get it repaired once.. it will get into the crashdump mode again.. my OnePlus got into crashdump mode .. i got it fixed .. but within few days it crashed again.. the end solution is to change your phone that's it.. i changed from OnePlus 6 to Nord now..
downgrade your phone to android 10. dont update to 11.
