how do i know if my damage is just the display or if the phone is bricked, coz my phone vibrates when on and makes a few sounds plus charging led but otherwise black screen, no fastboot/recovery either. do i get the screen looked at or do this process?

Hey bro, I wanna install the android 12 gsi beta 3, so I tried installing twrp on android 11 oxygen os official beta, as expected it didn't work and bricked my phone, I tried fixing my phone using this method but got stuck on android 8, now I am trying to install android 10 using this same method but a different version on xda, then I will flash twrp, go back to the oxygen 11 beta, and Install android 12 gsi, is this okay to do? And can you please help me if I get any other errors while doing so?

as soon as I started the download through MsmDownload Tool, status of communication was updated as Param Preload. What does this mean? It's not moving ahead too. Please help.

Sir , I was updating my one plus six to latest Android 10 and oxygen os 10.0.1 ..but after all the installation when I tried to reboot my device it just didn't restart for 3 hours.then I switched it on from the recovery mode and it booted up.but the problem is that my phone is not switching on normally..it gets stuck again and only I can reboot it from recovery mode which deleted all my apps...what should I do now to restart my phone back to normal?is it bricked?I m very new to this problem..pls help me...

decrypted, rooted and running the latest Pie OB. Time to upgrade it has
come and I'd like to have it as stock as possible in order to do so.
Will this procedure do it all at once? (Reencrypt, lock the bootloader
and bring it to a stock Oxygen OS)...also, would the drivers you linked work for the OP5?

I love you. This worked perfectly. As of May 2020, there was no need to even install the qualcomm.. just the MSM zip file, connect, start.. It was that easy.

Hiii, after carefully following all your process man, msmdownload tool said connected in the first place but after starting after 14-15s says status N/A, it says (sahara communication failed please try again after power off phone) all thought my phone has been dead for like 2 weeks, please help

sha256 doesn't match
showing -> downloading op2.img failed
if i disable sha256 check then it keeps running in a loop it keeps flashing again and again if the cable is attached
I tried the entire process and got it connected to MSM too but when i started it the green downloading button did not show up and it is taking more than 5 mins and nothing is happening. What can I do?

What’s the issue with my OP6 !! While I downloaded a software update and went to reboot !! That’s it there’s nothing from the phone it’s not getting switched on or to the reboot nor getting charged nothing it’s just like a dead phone !! What do I do now ?? Can someone help me with this issue ?

My oneplus 6 is not repsonding now, i didnt install any custom rom, it was stock os and all of a sudden it just crashed.
so if i follow this step will it fix it and is there anyway i can save my files.
Or should i take to service center.
this should help you to fix it unless its a hardware but files will be gone. if this doesnt fix it then take it to service. Good luck.

I did everything that was told in the video. In the end, the download is complete but my phone still doesnt turn on. Even worst, can't get acces to the recovery mode anymore. Did it happen to someone else ?
