Why my tv doesn’t have disney+

I have a Hisense tv. No Disney app and can’t load it on didn’t have the facilities to do it. I use to be able to watch by going through website. I can login and search find a movie but as soon as I click to play it just keeps loading. I have the apps on my phone and iPad and they play no worries. Help!

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone and TV, cleared my cache, unplugged the TV and Wifi but it still does not work. I can't even log into my Disney Plus account. When I try to I get a message saying "Sorry, an unexpected error has occurred.". Why is it that I have no issues with Netflix, Apple TV or Amazon Prime yet Disney Plus simply refuses to work.
