I'm having a similar problem on my computer...
It always freezes on the Blue Disney Screen when the Arc goes at hits the "+" sign and makes that tapping noise...
I've tried reloading the screen and opening Disney+ on the same tab, but nothing seems to work...

Probably one of the unlucky people who didn't get it to work. I pulled the plug and it restarted my whole TV which I thought would certainly help... Sadly it didn't. I'ma come back and see after a few hours if it worked, maybe its just Disney rn. Thanks tho
edit: came back 16 hours later, I don't think it should take that long, but it works now. Disney plus probably itself was having troubles
