    I have replaced a original power supply with my old HP laptop one , which has 3 pins, I've just have cut the sense wire from it and it works brilliant. So much difference. Now most of my presets has a Noise Gate off, which adds to sustain. And the HP is 3,5A so it has more power , means more stable work and not overheating. Laptop Power Supplies are usually great quality and they are properly filtered. Don't know why Positive Grid decided to use cheap one , where in audio industry noise in the signal is undesirable.

      @@vrayonet well the reason is simplu why PG used cheap power supply.
      MONEY.

    I had the same issue. I contacted them by email. It took a week of back and forth but they are going to ship me the grounded power supply. There is also a laptop charger on Amazon that has the same specs as the stock plug but is grounded and it’s been working perfectly for those who bought it.

      Whats it called on Amazon?? I'm currently having an issue with no power but my power supply is ungrounded. I'm not very tech proficient and Idk what else to do

      @@nickyjoe6733 if you don’t have power, it’s probably not a grounding issue but anything is possible.
