為什麼日本房屋看起來比較新，日本跟台灣有一件事差別很大，日本是住戶需要每年要繳很大一筆錢的房屋公共空間維修費，台灣不需要
基本上就是給房子的健保。
口袋要深才住得起
以我看來台灣很需要 😂
你喜歡台灣是對的🥰
還有台灣因為氣候關係會髒得非常快，成本會更高
日本的大樓住戶除了繳管理費之外，還要另外繳大樓外表的修繕或清潔費用，有的五年一次，有的六年七年整修大樓外表，戶數越多負擔越少，戶數少的大樓負擔就重，所以大樓建了五十看起來還像新的一樣！台灣對房屋大樓外表沒有特別規定，老舊看起來就顯得有點髒的感覺！
台灣的環境和氣候比較潮濕，很難維護大樓的外觀，即便是室內也常常需要除濕
才有點髒？ 從美國回台灣看到又髒又亂的市容與恐怖的機車交通真讓我搖頭，台灣人的美感與對生活的素質要求應該要提高，不要什麼都要便宜就好.
Prozzi去日本祝福他就好了，根本不用比了，日本一定是比較好，別說台灣了，很多國家甚至也都在學習，不用那麼自以為是好嗎！！！！

其實是因為日本有法律強制要求屋主定期維護建築物，包括大樓外牆之類的，所以日本跟台灣同齡的建築通常外表會比台灣來得乾淨清潔。台灣如果是個人有的獨楝建築可能外表會好一點，但公寓大樓之類的會因為屋主大家都不想出錢之類的各種狀況，加上…不維護也不會有罰責，所以就…嘛…
一起出比較便宜，但誰A工程款不知道
台灣濕氣真的很難，所有東西很容易壞掉發霉，建築也是一樣想像長年泡在水裡的地瓜沒法跟陸地、乾燥的日本比，加濕器這玩意只有到日本.韓國才有我們都用除濕機😂
加濕器是滾佛球標配，飄仙氣🤣
是北北基濕氣很誇張，不是全台灣，高雄沒有濕氣問題

台灣房子容易髒，主因是太潮濕，外觀根本內部保存不易，泡在水裡的建築物跟乾燥的建築物，兩者之間差異頗大！
台灣建築物真的超級考驗施工品質跟建材。
台灣就介於日本及東南亞國家之間，有好的也有壞的，希望台灣能夠把好的保留，壞的就讓它消失
於是立委就消失了...

@@markvogel5872 I do traditionally consume horse meat in my home region, but although that region also has some meats consumed raw, I could not imagine doing so for horse meat.

我覺得台灣當世界上第一個看起來破破爛爛的已開發國家也沒什麼不好就是，可能跟個人喜好有關，我就喜歡台灣這種爛爛的樣子。在日本待了兩年回台灣看到那爛爛的街景就很舒服，可能那些破爛街道很有小時候記憶的樣子，只是雜貨店不在了而已。
台灣的房子看起來雖然破舊，但房屋都很堅固的
我也喜歡，有種時空能被這些建物保留凍結住的感覺，其實只要沒有結構上的危害，我覺得因時間帶來的陳舊感很有韻味❤
但其實我是認同日本房屋公積金的制度，畢竟常有磁磚甚至冷氣砸到人的新聞。台灣人真的太愛便宜行事，適度學日本好的也沒啥不好。

I think it depends on personal preference. There are some streets and alleys in Taiwan that I think look really nice and cute. I can understand how Taiwanese people can feel nostalgic about the way they look. However when I go into some older houses, I see that there is dust all over the place. It's all over the walls and furniture. I don't really understand how an uncle can sit on his wooden sofa with no AC and watch the tv while everything is covered in dust 😄But it doesn't really matter because it's not my home, and people can live however they like in their own homes if it doesn't bother other people.

台灣人的生活型態比較偏"隨" 日本則是"和" ，台灣是差不多心態，有時比較自私比較沒規矩，但具體是友善包容性高。日本給我的感覺則講究整體的平和，凡是有規矩不造成別人麻煩為主。我身為台灣人也很喜歡日本文化，更喜歡去日本旅遊，但我應該受不了在當地長期生活，因為我有著台灣人隨便的靈魂~(日本待久給人有點壓抑的感覺

I have too much anxiety to solo travel haha.
Sam reminds me of one of my friends. Extroverted and somehow knows everyone. And draws in people who immediately want to talk with her. So if you go somewhere with her, inevitably she will be stopped and drawn into conversations. As an introvert who stays home and avoids human contact most of the week it’s baffling and amusing to watch happen. Looks like you had a good time!

When you live in Taiwan long enough, it's easy to miss it when you leave. When I visited Japan in 2019 it surprised me how similar it was to Taiwan, but on steroids.
I also went to Asakusa, it was a lovely place!

台灣真的跟日本差很多。以前台灣在落後的時候 日本就很先進了。台灣跟日本不是同一個等級的國家 差很多 而且台灣人真的不會去跟日本比 因為比不過😂

其實這樣說不太準確，要說每個國家都有他的優缺點才是較客觀，但我敢說台灣有天會超越許多國家，薪水除外😂，為什麼呢？ 因為台灣人不會去比較，而是希望能把別人好的東西加以改變，讓他更好，再來是台灣的自由度破表，日後很多人才輩出，一個科技強國首先要看自由度，台灣1996年民主化到現在28年，我觀察到台灣各方面進步非常之快，自由度越高，發展越快，越沒有文化與道德的限制，台灣只有2008-2014這段是各方面下降的，人文素養等都也下降，表示人們在極度堅困時，惡的一面會顯現出來，過的好時，人們更會去關心他人，這是我的觀察，如果生活在日本，相信這位外國人不久就會回到台灣了😂，我一向判判斷都很準，日本是一個很棒的國家，但他適合保守內向孤屁一點的人生活。

@@Prozzie I love the freedom. You learn to go with the flow. Today I left early to drive to Cradle Mountain to hike. I made a wrong turn and ended up at a dead end and a boat ramp to this beautiful lake. I just laughed and enjoyed the drive back out. Or like yesterday, I went looking for ice cream and ended up doing ziplining. I keep thinking how you'd love these winding roads on your bike.
Oh hey I went and sat in that awajizaka coffee house when i went to tokyo in April. cool little spot to watch the trains go by in akihabara. they had an... interesting iced coffee with a suggestive name that i would have recommended.
It's only been three days, and my personal guess is that it's a temporary indisposition. Many Taiwanese accidentally go to Japan and can't come back, Sam is a case in point. The charm of Japan will gradually appear, please enjoy. Thanks for your hard work! ( DeepL translation )

Tbh I booked two weeks in Japan and I was ready to go home after one, mostly cause I didn't travel to multiple places and I'm like 1 hr outside Tokyo. A few experiences have made up for it though.

マナー違反を嫌う人が多いから、窮屈に感じる人も多いかも。
でも、だからこそ治安は良いんだけど。
管理費は賃貸マンションだけ払ってるけど、その代わり管理人さんが定期的にマンションの掃除をしてくれるよ。
持ち家の場合、外装の修繕は20年に一回くらいですね。
ちなみに、大阪は気さくな人が多いから台湾とか中国に似ていているよ😊

Taiwan building gets dirty much more easily due to high humidity. In dry places, things don't get dirty so easily. But then, Taiwanese don't have a sense of aesthetic awareness as Japanese, and that's why Taiwan tends to get quite chaotic.
