I'd worry what would happen to it, modernising it might ruin what we had. If they could it justice that would be epic. I remember having to import it to the UK to play the first game back in the day
I'd settle for just a remaster or remake of the Soul Reaver games and Defiance. Raziel's story may be complete, but he can make a 'comeback' just by having his games get the treatment they deserve.
Syphon Filter is dearly missed, now that both Metal Gear Solid and Splinter Cell are no longer producing new games. Yes, I know those series are getting remakes of some games, but it was always fun to see the three stealth action games go at each other in competition with new entries.
Hopefully the mgs3 remake is good
Nice to see Cate Archer get a nod here. The NOLF games are absolutely hidden gems, especially NOLF 2.
Gex does deserve a comeback.

Crazy how a Kain game isn't considered today.

Ain’t gonna lie I am intrigued about the gex remasters coming out.
I enjoyed Resident Evil 5. And it was in fact the last non-remake of the series that I managed to finish. Couldn't last more than 30 minutes in 6 without quitting in boredom. Got halfway through 7 before the same thing happened.
But in all honesty, RE5 isn't a real Resident Evil game. I just enjoyed it as a game rather than as a Resident Evil game.
I'm so freaking excited for the Gex remasters/remakes whatever they're supposed to be.
I recently played Bulletstorm and I agree that it needs a sequel. I had the Duke Nukem DLC and it was hilarious.
Also I feel they need to remake the whole Legacy of Kain series. Not just for the graphic but some of the stories need to be cleared up.
Sleeping Dogs is a masterpiece!
So happy to see Brutal Legend on here! The hero was JB and JB is awesome. He could do a new game tomorrow if he wanted

Yeah aside from rebooting it Gabriel Logan died in the last Syphon Filter game so yeah outside of a reboot that character is canonically dead. They could make a spin off with Lian but that'll be a hard sell seeing as Gabriel Logan was such a well liked character.
We need a TripleJump to play either auto destruct for the Playstation or primal rage for the Sega genesis (prayers up)

I loved Gex could you imagine him now with all the streaming services and of course so much pop culture and meta humor that can be used for how long he's been gone. A Gex game is well needed in this awful triple A market of trash.
We need a remaster of the legend of Spyro trilogy! We have the original Reignited trilogy and now we need it to come full circle with 'the Legend' series.
Imagine how much better gaming would be without publishers. Publishers, who claim the work of others to profit and control it. Sometimes they actually do their job and promote their products. Rarely. Yet never do they take pride in their work, because they stole it.
No One Lives Forever games I loved all 3, yes even the in between game J.A.C.K. Such a good goofy spy series and I wish we could get more. The set pieces were amazing imagine fighting ninjas in a trailer park during a tornado yep NOLF 2, drive by shooting on a tricycle yep NOLF 2. Look I can go on and on just go play the games already.
Ty the Tasmanian Tiger. We have had the older games remasters in recent years however we haven't had a new game game since 2015.
It's always great to see another Ty the Tasmanian Tiger fan,The first Ty game is one of my favourite games.

I hope for a return to parasite eve, I'll even settle for a remaster of first 2 games. I'll admit i enjoyed the 3rd birthday despite how bad the story was. I even have Aya's voice actress autograph on an image of aya. Someone i know worked with her which is how i got it

I loved Soul Reaver
Brutal Legend is a hidden gem but yeah the rts just didn't fit this game, I love Age of Empires etc but this game just didn't fit as an rts. I say make a sequel that's a hack and slash and give us an awesome metal story.
Fear Effect would be nice to get back.

Nope! Raziel doesn't deserve one.....yet. The Legacy of Kain saga ended on a fucking cliffhanger with Raziel sacrificing himself to aid Kain. They need to make a 6th and final installment before doing any remakes.

Agreed with most of these, except Gex, which was so lame, like Bubsy in green.
Parasite Eve was a masterpiece, however the 2 sequels after it were meehhhh and bad, 2 was a literal 1 for 1 copy of Resident Evil 2 entire story, and 3 was a train wreck that involved time travel and made zero sense. So as much as I love that first game, unfortunately the series killed itself. I'll take a port of the original with trophy support and call it a day.

That Brutal Legend factoid about it being a RTS game, it was like BARELY an RTS game. It was like 90% Zelda with like 3 boss fights that were RTS

@@Ghost_Ship1779 Awesome != a terribly controlling platforming while hearing the same canned "funny" one liners 50 times each by the end of the game.
Chibi robo needs a second chance, but the reason why I think it has not happened is because the franchise is co owned by nintendo, bandai Namco, and Skip (the original developers). But nobody knows if Skip is still operational.
