Because amateur producers mostly dont make a solid kick right away, they have to develop themselves. But yeah, you are right, Brennan Heart is a special case, he could use a different kick^^.
Thats not true, there is a huge variety in hardstyle. But there is also plenty of generic euphoric hardstyle where all tracks have the same kind of squeaky lead, the same kick and the same plug going on the 4x4 in the background. Its not like producers cant push the boundarys anymore its more the case that they dont need to. There are plenty of casuals who hype the generic garbage. And the sad part is that producers generate more revenue pushing out a lot of average tracks than just a few brilliant tracks, But pushing the boundarys needs a lot of time in the studio trying and experiencing wich can end up in wasted time but also could end up in bringing you THE NEW SOUND NOONE HAS EVER HEARD BEFORE. But not many producers are willing to spend that time in the studio and carry the risk of failing. Besides that a lot of touring artists just dont have the ammound of time left besides playing live, traveling and personal live.
Of course, it's just a matter of when, I wouldn't even count on it that it will be released even this year. Brennan is still releasing/about to release original mixes of his album tracks that were released quite a while ago. :p My personal guess is like in 6-8 months'ish, maybe official preview slightly sooner.
