You can still make cheese at home if you want like mozzarella, feta are not that difficult to make just that quantity of the milk required and cheese obtained will be kinda jaring.😅
I am very happy to see this video. The presentation was very good. It matches the standard of some very popular such shows. It is a pity that Indian companies don't do these types of "how it is made" videos.

Amul cheese is the best I have tasted. I always buy a stock of cheese blocks when ever I visit India and use it in most of our cooking.

Just wanted to know is rennet used is surely vegetarian.
@@-PiyushJi Rennet in India or in some EU states is microbial or plant derived, not all cheeses use rennet but the ones they do, do belong to such sources. But Amul uses microbial one as per my sources.

Countries with cheese culture (France, Italy, Switzerland, etc) do it artesanally, and the taste of those cheeses are amazing. You can't call Amul's cheese amazing! Especially the "Pizza Cheese". It's plastic. Look in RUclips how they do the real Mozzarella in Italy. Or how they do the Emmental in Switzerland. Now we are talking! If you taste those cheeses, then you will know the difference, what I'm talking about. Of corse, until then, you will think that Amul cheese is fantastic, when in reality IS NOT!

Plastics seems to be an ingrident too, since the cheddar block which is base for all products except mozzarella is wrapped and soaked in brine solution before it got maturized for 4 months as mentioned. Hope to see plastics free cheese in future...
