The acting, direction, and production values of this TV show are actually quite good. So it was likely that this series flopped because of viewers who thought that a blind man being an investigator was too implausible.

When you go undercover, you tend to keep your own first name. You are used to to respnding to it. That way someone calls you by mistake, you don't blow your cover.

Before I knew James Franciscus as Longstreet, I knew him as the the astronaut Brent in the sequel to the original planet of the Apes movie.

Sadness for James Franciscus, an interesting actor but a bit underrated and, above all, an educated and refined man passed away too soon

Silvia Zanicotti I met someone that knew him, said he wrote an epic historical novel, I don’t know if it was published, but he had a degree in English from Yale, very smart man. His downfall: cigarettes.

@@mr.zondide2746 Yes, I thought so...an exemple: It takes a lot of sensitivity to play the role of a blind man in this perfect way, long time before the Oscar-winner Al Pacino for Scent of a woman. It means he was a great observer or he read something carefully about this topic...

@@drbonesshow1 I don't think he was a man who was very satisfied with what he was offered: this must have been a source of stress for him.

I loved this show....James Franciscous was so handsome. I just noticed something....the guide dog is on the wrong side....should be on the RIGHT. although dogs are supposed to be walked on the Left, Guide Dogs are walked on the Right.

That isn’t a guide dog. He’s constantly distracted by stimuli around him.

The person needs their dominant hand free for conducting business.
Handling money, eating, shaking hands, signing their name. The dog is held with the other hand... its silly to have to swap the dog to the other hand, to do every little thing.

why don't Americans use the plain old English word Burgled instead of Burglarised.
