Daughter bought me one. It’s brilliant…I put scrambled egg and cheese in then put it in air fryer. Make sure you use large wraps not WW wraps they are to small and dry.
I have used pastry with both styles to make corned beef pasties (wrap size) and mince pies (square one) line the Crimpet with film first or dust with flour to prevent the pastry sticking. That said I used jus rol pastry and forgot the film but it didn’t stick.
Are these actually useful past the novelty stage? Because I strongly feel like I could achieve the same result with pressing a fork round the edge, is it just faster?

I have just ordered mine and hopefully i get on with them, i see you have alot of equipment and gadgets and i was wondering if i could pick your brain, over the years i have tried many thermos cups and travel mugs for tea but even after washing them they always tend to stink and you can't get them clean. Any products you would recommend or materials ?

I bought a couple from Amazon after watching this and used them to make pasties. I would however suggest you flour the crimpit before you add the pastry so it doesnt stick when you crimp. Thank you again for the video
Don’t forget to wet the edges with water before you seal otherwise the edges won’t stick. I’ve tried warming it in the microwave but that didn’t work for me.

I make these with mash potatoes cheese and onion . Just fold it over and heat gently with some olive oil in a frying pan.
