    Finally we can find more and more info about training in balance with hormone levels! Many thanks for recording the video and easy to follow explanation of each phase! Keep up the great work! Since a lot of buzz about zone2 training recently.. ive read that it mainly applies to males.. would you be able to cover this topic? How women should train differently for max gains?
