You can download it for pc or playstation.
It is amazing. And very easy. There are a lot of tutorials.

I think PES just needs to upgrade some player animations. Outside of licensing, PES is already superior to FIFA. Can’t wait to see what PES 22 looks like after the unreal engine switch

Unfortunately I play on Xbox one so there are no option files, but the gameplay is amazing and feels like an actual match. If PES ever got full licenses fifa would be done.
