Many of us want to know the best render settings for sony vegas pro when we're beginners and new to the program. Hi there, Thanks for your great video. I have VMS HD pt. 11.0. I did found the mainconcept AVC/ACC(*mp4) option but I couldn't find the Internet HD 720p. So i downloaded the old codes as you suggest in another video but after that I still can't find the Internet option. I have an internet option under Sony AVC/MVC (*mp4, ...) but I guess I should go to mainconcept AVC/ACC. Would it be work if I select "Sony Tablet 720p" instead? Your help is much appreciated :)

thanks man, super helpful. my internet's slow as shit but i want 60 fps and minium hd quality for my stuff. was constantly losing quality due to rendering videos to put in other videos
