There is a circle of black elites that love Kamala and they are the ones that media hands a platform (even independent media), but they are a small minority in the black community and often resented by the rest of us for betraying our community for personal gain. Many of us remember how Kamala targeted black men with mass incarceration in California for minor offenses and stayed silent on Israel's genocide due to her future ambitions. What is the point of talking about abortion regarding this election? The issue went to the Supreme Court and has already been decided… what does it have to do with the President at this point? If several members of the Supreme Court die in the next couple decades and they want to re-litigate the abortion case, wouldn’t that be the first opportunity to do so? There is a circle of black elites that love Kamala and they are the ones that media hands a platform (even independent media), but they are a small minority in the black community and often resented by the rest of us for betraying our community for personal gain. Many of us remember how Kamala targeted black men with mass incarceration in California for minor offenses and stayed silent on Israel's genocide due to her future ambitions. I personally feel no more affinity for her than I do for Clarence Thomas. And the press needs to start recognizing that the black elite who are tripping over themselves to post their personal pictures with Kamala don't speak for all black people.

What is the point of talking about abortion regarding this election? The issue went to the Supreme Court and has already been decided… what does it have to do with the President at this point? If several members of the Supreme Court die in the next couple decades and they want to re-litigate the abortion case, wouldn’t that be the first opportunity to do so? It’s not like Kamala (or Trump) can undo what the Supreme Court decided, right?
The President can sign a law passed by Congress though. It would probably get blocked by the Supreme Court if it is still the current corrupt one. There is a method of making a constitutional amendment, but that won't happen until the younger generation gets older.
