It's Pros n Cons n specifically as I see in many reviews recently that mixer heats up in even a minute or two grinding such as Masala or Preparing Chutney or Dosa batter etc. After sales service is pathetic is a huge concern n complain. Atleast on Amazon found unhappy customers a lot. Residue after grinding stucks in rubber around lid n so on list is endless. I'm looking for a perfect mixer grinder from few years I was using Philips Viva mixer grinder of 4 jar for 12 years. Motor never died it was It's knob which fell n finally it was running on free motor n few jars gave away but never broke.

Because it's not steel ur liquids will not get heated up n Plastic jar blends smoothly without chunks. I have used Philips for 12 years n that always gave perfect results 😊😊 U can try small quantity just a glass of shake in ur plastic jar n see if it works n always use Pulse button for cold coffee, shakes n smoothies.
