You are such a brilliant teacher. I watched a PitchForce round where you were giving feedback, and for the first time, I didn't feel like everyone was speaking a different language. I do not have a background in finance, and to date, you were the only one who explained the concepts of venture capital investing and the startup financial models in a way that I could understand.

Hi Sam I am a regular attendee to your webinars. I am presently working on my startup where we provide SALES AS A SERVICE (SALAAS) leveraging all my experiences of past 3 decades. I am looking for another 2 co founders but most of the cofounders I met are in same age bracket of mine ( 50+) which suits the profiles of the CXO's I have planned . Do you feel investors will take interest if a team of 3 co founders are all in the same age bracket(50+). I have been pondering over the question for sometime.

Hi Biswajeet, glad you enjoy our webinars! To your question, a few things. 1) The average age of a founder is a little older than you might think. The media likes to celebrate the Mark Zuckerberg dropping out of Harvard as the ideal founder, but a majority of founders are well into the 40s when they start their venture. 2) Even if you and your cofounders are on the older side, investors are looking for what you are going to do to succeed, not how old you are. If you have a solid product that people want and a clear path to growth, then it won't matter how old you and your cofounders are.
Hope that helps! If you have any other questions, you can reach out to us at hello@fundablestartups.com.
