Civilians and military usually poke fun at the coast guard branch but they play an incredibly important role to our nation. Hats off to you guys for showcasing them and respect to those men and women who serve.🙏🏻
They don’t do anything to protect our nation all the do 99% of the time is fly around they are rarely rescuing people most of the time they can’t even find the person in the ocean
All they do is rescue people and stop a drug shipment once every few months
@@williamsherman2776 They do lot more than that, you just don't realize it.
Being in the Coast Guard was the absolute best time of my life. Your shipmates are for life. It's a tight group, a small group that cover the globe. Oldest continuous sea going service in the US is the CG (sorry Navy) .
Hats off to the men and women of the USCG. Thanks for their services to our country.

My Uncle is in the Coast Guard and he took me on base a few times. The Jay Hawk is awesome
Quality video guys! As a grown person, I really appreciate all of our armed forces and first responders. The more of them you get to know, the more you appreciate the quality of the people doing those jobs. The Coast Guard are no exception, they have a job you can be passionate about and proud of at the same time . What an experience for you guys, I am thankful and jealous at the same time!!
Dave: bakes cookies like grandma used to make using his special flower 😂
You are so blessed to be invited to fly with the US Coast Guard. To be part of that team is an honor, and to join the professional team in practicing of doing their job. Great Work Coast Guard...
This new GTA 6 looks so realistic 😂💀
I love the fact you've got pretty much the same toys as they do😂😂
Served in the Coast Guard for 30 years as an Avionics Electrical Technician, mainly on the 65. You guys did a great job on the video.
Dave looks like a legit pirate
They should make pirates of the Caribbean and he's jack sparrows son lol 😂

Retired USCG Aviator here! Thanks for highlighting Hitron, such a unique unit. There used to be other Aerial Use of Force units such as on the 60’s in Clearwater but I don’t know if they’re active anymore. Sweet episode!
Who ever thought it was a good idea to give diesel Dave an rpg is a genius
Just the amount of money in the .50s is WILD. Enough to buy a small house!
Yeah you wont see someone with that many in their gun safe lol.
Interesting fact, my next door neighbors only son 4 or 5 years younger than me kept asking me what he should do with his life while a young teen n grateful enough he listened to my advice n joined the coastguard 20 plus years ago and stuck with it! Congrats brother! U made your father, mother n next door neighbor proud of my mans!!
Omgah Dave was killing me on that boat!!! 😂😂😂 I'm still dying laughing from him!
I just can't believe how quickly 19 minutes can pass when you're watching first-class content
Wow happy to hear they are able to do this and not just letting everyone come in freely like at the border..
I had the honor of flying with Charlie Wilson several years ago up in Traverse City Michigan. Great Pilot!
It really shows your skill and level of respect that you have garnered on this platform. Really speaks to your character off camera. RESPECT. KEEP DOING YOUR THING!!!
Thank you for highlighting the great work of the USCG. I did 24 years active duty in the CG and we never get the exposure and credit the CG deserves. Your next trip should be to Kodiak Alaska and watch the rescue swimmers in action.
24 years! 🫡, From a CG Veteran.
@@eugeneNOstoner Shipmate!
Interestingly enough, 20 years in aviation and numerous SAR case and NEVER once needed a rescue swimmer. Exposure and "credit" are a bit over rated by any one other than the service itself.
@@dcpackWe deployed the swimmers almost every sar case we had on the Southern Atlantic and Gulf Coast
@@dcpack agree. I actually liked getting no attention for doing the job, not why I joined but The CG as a service does deserve recognition for the work it does.
Yall had a blast. I served in the coast guard back in the late 70's and 80's was a rescue swimmer and I enjoyed it but back then we flew there retired helicopters HH52's and the 53's I was down in miami for the Cuban refugees. would love to go back up. Be safe
Great video. It was so exciting to see you all have fun. Heavy D you look like a kid in a candy store when you got in the helicopter. Be safe as always and God Bless.
I love our country, and what a great opportunity. Thank you for sharing your experience and explaining everything so well. Wish it was longer.
This video is awesome, seeing what the Coast Guard actually does or can’t do is amazing. Having a little fun with Diesel Dave being a smuggler well, let’s just say was awesome to. Glad to see you guys having an amazing time in Florida. Until the next video.😀👍❤️❤️❤️
Y'all CLEARLY had too much fun doing this....smh 🤣
Diesel Dave had me cracking up... he looked the part lol
You are impressed with the Dolphin maneuverability ? Good ! It's "Made in France" !!!
Wonderful Video,
Government interacting with Citizens in a Positive Interaction.
It can be done !
Kudos to All
That was a great video Dave! You’re always surprising us with contents. Kudos to the US Coast Guard. And thanks HeavyD and crew. 🤙😎
I love the fact these guys admit the government is corrupt.
Yeah inthink ill become a cost guard
End the war on drugs
I have a friend who's a medic in the green beret and he's more anti government than anyone I know lmao.
All governments have to constantly watch for corruption, its part of nature.
I missed that part
Dolfeen!? I wasn't on an aircrew in the CG. But, everyone, EVERYONE, called them Dolphins. Is this guy a Frenchy ?
Very amazing video, Amen to our CoastGaurd
This is next level RUclips. Thanks for using your platform and influence to educate and recruit.
i enlisted into the Coast Guard in 1973. Loved it. Good stuff.

Gives a whole new meaning to the phrase, red in the morning sailor take warning!! 😅😅😅
Because when you see one of these red choppers on your 6 brother you're in deep trouble.. 😅😅💯🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸💪
