Ingredients:
cream: milk 500 ml
egg 2 pcs
sugar 100 g
a pinch of vanillin
corn starch 35 g (3
tbsp)
butter 80 g
dough:
egg 5 pcs
sugar 100 g
a pinch of vanillin
vegetable oil 30 g
flour 130 g
baking powder 1/2 tsp.
mold diameter 22 cm
peaches 5-6 pcs
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes, then add cream and peach and bake for another 20 minutes.
