funny how this game looks better than call of duty infinity warefare.
Far they way you move in the game is so smooth and not clunky and more realistic movement like you are really battling for war . This game will be 10/10 in opinion .
the sound that accompanies the logo of all Battlefield is fuckin' perfect!

@WallyGamerBF2 Yes, prone is back and you can drag comrades to safety. Look at the wiki for Battlefield 3 it explains everything.
I do believe prone is back, also, I am wondering if you can drag your wounded fellow soldiers to cover, That would be epic.
@jkellyid Fair point. I don't know if it has any relevance, but I can capture 1080p footage with my HD PVR on GoW2 and Halo Reach and play it back on my tv at full 1080p. Regardless, this game is going to be awesome.

I would challenge that since next to no xbox games run at 1080p(quite a few even struggle with 720p) and this is 1080p footage, but it might have been doctored up. They have however promoted this as a pc game with the consoles being able to get a slice of the action rather than the other way around as was the case with bad company 2.

No games render at 1080p on the xbox that I know of. Most are stuck around 1080i rendering. They are then upscaled, the 360 has a dedicated chip in it for upscaling they don't get the AA treatment after 1080i, instead they get a cheap uglier subsistute that you views as grainy or fuzzy on good 1080p TVs(think DVD upscaler but not as good). I anylized the video. IMHO Definately running from a 1080p true source only thing that renders like that reliably is a pc.

@SLICKR392 You seem to be talking from a console perspective. A very large proportion of PC gamers will actually laugh CoD off in favour of BF3, BF2 and BF2142 are possibly the very best online shooters I have ever played with their intricacies yet ease to pick up and play.
this is like MOH and COD4 mixed into 1

Looks amazingly realistic, but I'm getting a feeling that this is PC graphics and it won't even be close on the consoles. :/ I'll be one of the ones that'll be converted from CoD. I'll still get CoD though if it's MW3 solely to finish the story they started, but it'll be this that I'll continue playing multiplayer on after the campaign.

Im more than likely getting this game as im a big BF fan. I just hope they retain BBC2 stuff for the multiplayer because this game is looking too Medal of Honor like.

@XiozTheDisturbed i see you dont play on ps3.. i know some smartass is gonna comment on this comment but meh.. the ps3 servers for this game SUCK.. atleast from places outside the uk and us [they seem to be the only places they bothered to get the servers fixed in] and your lucky if you can connect.. mostly you get an error when you press multiplayer : "failed to connect to EA servers".
i get to play the beta for this :)
@SLICKR392 Because the last good BF game, one that was designed as an online game and nout more, was BF2142 and that was nearly 5 years ago, so I guess that CoD has more players now, because its more recent. TBH its a matter of opinion, the adult players will lean towards BF3 and its higher priority on team play and tactics whilst CoD will always remain the choice pick of the pick up and player bred from console gaming. Im not saying CoD is shit just that I think BF3 will be a PC win.
