I'm just been getting into the actual card game throughout this year and Gandeeva is definitely a deck I've been adoring. Mostly due to using it in Dear Days though so I didn't know Stirgna was hit at 1.
If Gandeeva had “10 binded cards for +1crit” it would’ve been balanced and wouldn’t have made it such a strong turn 3 deck. If that was the case, Stirgna wouldn’t have been hit. Bushiroad turning into Riot Games
I dont necessarily agree that making Gandeeva itself worse is the solution. Gandeeva is fine. How quickly the deck ramps up is the issue. Like most hits, this one will most likely be temporary until the meta changes, like what we saw with Dark Strain Dragon.

How you feel about gandeva g2 pr card? Thinking on run 2 copies for early game
Definitely recommend trying Bolt Bremar Dragon. It allows you to start binding on turn 2.
you can use also Forbidoll to call different g3 name in RG
That card is expensive though. Recommend running 3 best harvest and 1 Forbidoll instead of 4 best harvest if you have the money.

The deck is balanced currently even with the hit I consistently hit 5 in bind zone. On first grade 3 turn I think the deck is still top tier
