Chicken Maharani without nuts | Budget Friendly Recipe Tender Meals Eid Special

Today I am sharing with you different recipe of Chicken Maharani which I have made without nuts to make it Budget Friendly for Eid day.
Ingredients :
For Marination :
Chicken 1 kg
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp or lemon juice
Oil half cup
Onion 1 big chopped
Cardamom 2
Roasted Masala:
Coriander 2 tbsp
Cumin zeera 1 tbsp
Black pepper half tsp
Red chilli buttons 7-8
First roast until frangrant on low flame then grind it well.
Fresh cream half cup
Fenugreck (kasori methi) 1 tsp
Mix Masala (Garam Masala)
Milk 1 cup
Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
