Nice little storage system, I think it was a good idea to put like 50 glowstone blocks in it, it would be horrid if a creeper exploded it. Also a suggestion, maybe add a giant torch in the center of everything to keep everything lit up, so no monsters can spawn. I also have another suggestion: How about a small room where you can pretend you are outside up on the surface? Sounds a bit odd, but it could work...? Anyway, good job with your base, it for some reason reminds me of one of my D&D games, the "Temple of the Forgotten Mummy". It was like your base (except for all of the silly structures inside it) reminds me of a massive, underground pyramid!! I love this build!!
If you want a project that'll last you a while, dig out a big sphere and build a world map on the walls - basically an inverted planet, with the world on the inside
My suggestion for a next build would be trying to create something that looks like fairly natural above ground terrain. So a lake/river, lots of trees, maybe even different biomes? Lots of light from glow stone on a high ceiling to make it look less cave-like. Anyway keep up the great work! Honestly surprised this series isn’t blowing up even more, I think there’s definitely a big audience that craves some of this kind of minecraft content again.
I just found your channel today while afflicted with the big C-19, and your commentary and tone is very nice to listen too, it’s very fun watching these videos, and i wanted to suggest building stone mob heads with lava flowing behind them for some decor someplace.
I love this. I love how you always sound positive, even when you're being shot at by Ghast, I love the use of oak planks everywhere you look, it reminds me of Stampy's base that I could never get a mental map of, I love the time-lapses that go on for just a little bit too long but I still sit through anyway because I've been looking forward to them, I love the picks in music in the time-lapses --- the calm piano and the Minecraft music disk, I love the little structures like the ducks that don't look good or fancy but you keep around anyway because you like them, I love the lack of background music and the editing that isn't over-the-top or overwhelming but still makes me impressed with the creativity. Especially with the use of 'The Twirly Thing,' I love how you don't know everything about the version you're playing and go "I didn't know that was a thing," I love how the episodes are around 10-13 minuets long but sometimes go to 18. It reminds me of the times before every episode of any game was 25-38 minuets long, I love your vocabulary. You say 'We' instead of 'I', and say 'episodes' instead of... I don't know... something else, I love how you never swear and also don't use replacement words like "shoot" or "frick," I love you're community interaction. It's not something that you get with +100k sub channels, I love this.
Maybe you could expand that hallway the nether portal is in? Maybe have the lava pool act like a centerpiece? The design of the hallway is cool and could look really nice if you did more of that! Also love how the main room is turning out!
yaaay, I was spending the day binging the other episodes XD always love seeing these slower-paced letsplays! Makes me want to play the older versions again!
I have had people asking me to make a fake sky and after seeing you struggle with it. Imma say noooooo. I like the stone sky anyway lol! Good Episode Gengar!
Hi! Maybe I am too late with it, but maybe you can add some clouds to the "tree room" too, so you don't need to farm that much blue wool. Awesome series BTW, I subscribed. Cheers :)
I always like to put overworld block around my portal in the nethar and nethar blocks around the portal in the overworld, like they are spilling into eachother.
I was so scared because I haven’t seen the current state of this series for a bit so I was scared the series ended, but nope it’s just the pain of a wool ceiling 😂
I found this series last night on school Chromebook and I would've commented but my school admin has RUclips comments disabled. Anyways I'd suggest I'd you don't read out all the signs that you, if you are to keep placing them, read them all out when you die or decide the challenge is over
Watched this while you were streaming in the discord! very soothing Have you ever thought of doing a video just dedicated to the growing comment wall? Just a slow walk through, not even talking but just like a montage?
i really this style of video. when it comes to minecraft youtubers a lot of people go over the top with reactions and editing. it just comes off as irritating to me. it's very calm here so im very thankful!
i know this might not be video-relevant but have you ever thought about a better than adventure playthrough? seeing how you've tackled this series so far it'd be fun to see you give BTA a shot!
I think cave bases in Minecraft are interesting considering everything is interior. No matter what you build its in a room. Like you could build a castle down there but because its underground its in a room right? You have like these pockets you can do whatever you want with and I think that's next. I don't even know if I'm making sense here but I think it's neet
Congratz on 5k dude! Please for the next episode do something fun, im actually lowkey tired of you catching up with old projects or like a super long one for the whole episode, it gets boring Go and do something fun, make another base or settlement or whatever Just do anything that isn't so repetetive, it's gonna bore you too
glass-glowstone
glassstone
Ass-owstone
@@slimesranched if this block existed, it's texture would be cobblestone, with most parts cut out, and also tinted white
I really think you should make the 404 logo by having cobblestone with '404' shaped holes in front of some flowing lava.
this man and his content are the biggest obstacles to my productivity
funny complaining aside I quite like the first person timelapses; usually youtubers do some omniscient drone view but this is much more soothing to me
the block sounds during the time lapse were so satisfying
I hope this doesnt end soon, i havent watched a minecrafter like this in years
Been waiting for this part, pure nostalgia.
bro, your channel is cursed XD
imagine buying a verified channel from a content farm
then proceeding to advertise it in other videos' comments
@@v-14415 yea i do that
welp, as i see, your advertisement attempts failed miserably

Suggestion: make a clock and keep it on your hotbar so you can come to the skylight and enjoy seeing the sun once a day!
You could surprise all the modern Minecraft players by having water in the neither. I think you can do that with Ice in that version.
get a squid in that cave now
Silly idea, how about a duck pond for all the ducks in the room!
Add a creeper face to the end of the main hall.
If you want a project that'll last you a while, dig out a big sphere and build a world map on the walls - basically an inverted planet, with the world on the inside
binged this series in a day and now i caught up. You really give off the nostalgia vibes with this. Thanks
wow i literally just binged this series before it uploaded
Hey dude idk if you’ve ever considered a series on old beta adventure maps but I’d love to see that. Also love the series!
Ohh, I love the ducks!

I can't really remember the last time I was so hooked in gameplay series, great work

Thank you so much for implementing the suggestion! That songs really means a lot for me
I love the 404 challenge and I’m glad it’s not forgotten

Build a shrine to all the fallen sheep. I found this series like two days ago, and now I am already caught up!
for the big room use glass that hides a glowstone to light up the ceiling. that cloud room was prety cool
This has been a great series so far! It's like pure nostalgia
Oooh imagine a spiral staircase going up the skylight to climb up on the last episode!
Build a Clown Fish, and you can save a bit of light blue wool by placing clouds before completing the sky
I love this series so much. It’s been a treat to be able to watch it as it’s made, keep up the great work!
Maybe you could expand that hallway the nether portal is in? Maybe have the lava pool act like a centerpiece? The design of the hallway is cool and could look really nice if you did more of that!
Also love how the main room is turning out!
Been watching these for a little while and I really enjoy them. Your videos are simple, but fun and it makes it super nice to watch.

i've been loving this series lately, really makes me wanna start my own beta survival world :)
Hi! Maybe I am too late with it, but maybe you can add some clouds to the "tree room" too, so you don't need to farm that much blue wool. Awesome series BTW, I subscribed. Cheers :)

Affordable housing for the modern age
The poor chickens can`t afford surface housing in this economy, and only you can help them

I am loving the series man, keep up the good work
Just stumbled upon tjis series today and am immensely enjoying the format. Takes me back to something like X Plays Minecraft.
Watched this while you were streaming in the discord! very soothing

i really this style of video. when it comes to minecraft youtubers a lot of people go over the top with reactions and editing. it just comes off as irritating to me. it's very calm here so im very thankful!
part 7? damn we competing with JJBA now
just a suggestion for the fake sky. You could try and bring down the clouds a block to make the clouds look more 3D and dynamic rather than flat.
Please build a big Flintstone vitamin.
Dude I’m loving these videos I’m pretty new to your channel and I’ve binged watched all the 404 videos keep up the great work
i know this might not be video-relevant but have you ever thought about a better than adventure playthrough? seeing how you've tackled this series so far it'd be fun to see you give BTA a shot!
You placing the glass-glowstone reminded me of the loss meme, so there's my suggestion, make the loss meme
Love this series! And I think you could build a little heart out of stone, if you wanna :D
Love this series! Beta Minecraft for the win!
Hopefully the sheepgod blesses you with a ton of sheep! Keep up the good work!
i would skip ahead in the timelaps but those sounds are just far too satisfying
add glow stone in the ceiling as stars or a sun!
brings back so many memories c:
hear me out...glass-glowstone golem
Glass-glowstone moment

I think cave bases in Minecraft are interesting considering everything is interior. No matter what you build its in a room. I am very much a serious large guy, thank you very much
perfect time for upload, just got done watching ep 6
Make a railway connecting the skeleton spawner to your main base
You should make a prison for every mob in the game, it’s time consuming and might keep you busy for a while
Finally here on the same day it was uploaded
