Top ten of my life songs
PEDRO HENRIQUE CARDOSO DA COSTA "3, 4!!!!"
Janes Addiction is awesome! Dave is so tight and underrated as a guitarist! Just massive! of a song!
This song never gets old! Plain and simple, killer tune...
I sometimes tend to forget what an absolute BEAST Navarro is…this song is always there to remind this mere mortal that is me….
30 years on, still one of my favorite bands 🤘🏼❤️
They are my favorite band ever
Navarro is Ripping It Up here🔥👌👍
Damn underrated
The way this songs just hits on the album
Ah, Eric! What a relief!
Love the band and performance. These boys are still killing it.
Es de esos temas que si tienes la gran suerte como un servidor de verlo en directo JAMÁS lo olvidarás, este grupo en directo gana muchísimo
OG lineup goes so hard, I hope they actually do shows with all 4 of them again this year.
This is pretty good in the morning with coffee
one of my fav all time songs dave and perry nailin they re shit right there man I am takin away
he cant hit hose high ass notes like he used to but hes still damn good all of them still got it
Never miss it in my surf day playlist
I used to love to pull up next to someone bumpin their music back in the early 2000s and just look over at them put my windows down and Blair them out
i loved it when he had his blue dreds
Holy shit...they sound amazing 🤤🤤❤❤ Eric Avery jfc.
Jeez, Do these guys train with convicts or what ??? They're more ripped than people half their age. I've seen Jane's once and Perry a few times...all life altering experiences.
They surf man...
heroin, it's what heroin does to you, and probably surfing
AMAZING !!!
Can we get some more shots of Eric? are we just going to pretend that isn't the original line up of the band
Agreed
But probly how he preferred it..
Love how Perry knew to kp his distance from Avery
They keep me young!
Sweet as hell! Thanks!
buenisimo, un temazo good.
the fusciante navarro argument is killed every time i see this guy play live in scenarios where he is free to go full hendrix
Perry is hilarious " you cant sing ive heard you"🤣🤣🤣
Dave Navarro! Damn! 🔥🔥🔥
Superb
best band
In their prime late 80s/early 90s prime, they were untouchable live. And it’s good to see video of the guy who wrote most of their music back playing with them here. Although it didn’t last long, as any longtime fan could’ve predicted ahead of time, I always thought there was a magic with him on stage that his replacements never really brought. But no matter who is on bass, it’s awesome to see them still out there, even if they now smell more like Bengay and wheatgrass than whiskey and weed.
Everyone gets old and time marches on.
Which guy 'who wrote most of their music" are you referring to? Perry wrote most of their songs. The band 'arranged' the music.
@@KickflipGnasty lol no. Eric Avery composed majority of the earlier stuff.
@@xymbolix
Avery and all the rest of them were integral in contributing, but Jane’s was Perry’s vision. Go look at the damn writing credits. I don’t know where this is coming from.lol
Perry would write the lyrics and the skeleton of the song, then the band would come up with their parts and build around it.
They still had it. Eric brought it.
Giant wave, come! we love you
So fucking good man!!!!!
Dave Navarro is criminally underrated.
1:10 3:00 4:45 solo👌
So many memories this was my ex boyfriends band! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🌙
Holy shit Dave Navarro...holy shit!
I wish I was there
Love how Perry just knows to leave Avery be...
Holy Crap. I don't remember Dave playing like that in the late 80s!!
"I'm A ROCK STAR...NO YOUR NOT YOU CAN'T SING !!!" Brilliant well said Perry
nice
Lol, Perry is such a condescending Ahole, lol. But he sure is badass frontman. Janes is the best live band
Nope
What was condescending here?lol Having fun with the audience is condescending?
They brought "rock" out of the early 80's doldrums and killed hair bands in one fell swoop.
as a surfer imperator is as well we like the ocean 325 fores what suit shark infested septic tank it's all gravy baby
They sure don't write em like this anymore!
Where is the emotional punch?
Is that Eric A?
Yes
That's what I was wondering
Yes...he left 2 yes later again
@@smarterthanyou5688 he left like right after the Australia shows.
12% still?
FUCK YEAH MOFOS!
All members shredding!
I love you mom and dad. I tried.
"Know, oh prince, that between the years when the oceans drank Atlantis and the gleaming cities, and the years of the rise of the Sons of Aryas, there was an Age undreamed of, when shining kingdoms lay spread across the world like blue mantles beneath the stars - Nemedia, Ophir, Brythunia, Hyperborea, Zamora with its dark-haired women and towers of spider-haunted mystery, Zingara with its chivalry, Koth that bordered on the pastoral lands of Shem, Stygia with its shadow-guarded tombs, Hyrkania whose riders wore steel and silk and gold. But the proudest kingdom of the world was Aquilonia, reigning supreme in the dreaming west. Hither came Conan, the Cimmerian, black-haired, sullen-eyed, sword in hand, a thief, a reaver, a slayer, with gigantic melancholies and gigantic mirth, to tread the jeweled thrones of the Earth under his sandaled feet."
This sounds a half step down
Yeah I think Dave tunes his guitars lower these days, not sure why.
Perry Farrel's voice is probably starting to go, so to compensate they tune down
Ahh makes sense
song is drop D
Whole step down from the studio version. Shit is hard to sing when you're in your 50's.
Navarro saved this band
Perry saved rock
pixies "surfer rosa"
He's a shell of the junkie he used to be but just awesome in his prime.
Are you saying he would be better if was still a junkie?
@@KickflipGnasty most of the greats were. Look at Chet Baker.
@@bentnosewp Well tons of amazing musicians have had issues with addiction. My point is that being an addict isn't where their skill comes from 😂
Scott Weiland's teacher.
S. Perkin is God
Good song, but that's the corniest and cheesey- ist introduction to a song I've ever heard...
What I would love to know is why Dave, Eric, Stephen are absolutely amazing throughout this entire concert, yet Perry was TERRIBLE. I was there at this concert, and a friend of mine was one of the sound engineers. Perry sounded bad THEN, and even though the sound quality on this entire gig is excellent, Perry sounds even WORSE???? The other 3 members are outstandingly good
