Someday we won’t own anything and making less that $50 a hour will get you nothing. Welcome to dystopia.

Kicking out the Columbus renters who had years of good rental history, and a great credit score renovate an entire apartment complex with using mostly the illegals who are contractors in their own countries. As new owners from outside of the u.s. can boost rental property revenue with taxpayer dollars that’s government funded housing projects that illegals who have been now called the new immigrants of ohio are going to take advantage of this federal housing initiative. This is one of the main reasons why the rental market has become so unaffordable for so many working Ohio families. This rental war has been happening within Ohio ever since 2008 and quickly escalated to other surrounding states soon after covid started. Covid destroyed jobs and businesses and now Washington DC and most of congress has backed the open borders policy that has allowed so many people to become dependent upon their government for assistance and because of the open borders policies that allowed millions of illegals and deadly drugs to enter our country, That American workers are forced into voting for republicans or Manually fixing their government. This is why so many Americans are now watching how this election is going to turn out for Donald Trump and to witness if the election system can be trusted and secure. There’s going to be two outcomes that will determine whether this country government can be salvaged or thrown out in a major protest as if Trump gets arrested or if they as Deep state steals the election away from Donald Trump or Trump wins without any Interference from the DOJ. or deep state Tampering with the election.

They will be renovated, and the rent will be doubled. That is
what the apartment, and renting world is doing. They are
also doing this on the northeast side of Columbus. Residents
are being forced to find another place to live. They are also town
homes. They will be fixed up, and the new tenants will pay double
on what the former tenants paid.

The owners have have every right to evict tenants, It's their property, If they don't have leases, they can give thirty days notice. I'm not saying that I agree, but that's how it is.
