I could never find a barber who knows how to cut long hair the proper way like this guy. They always chop everything off when I specifically ask for a low bald fade with the sides mid-long and dark. Niggas always do a high fade and make me look like Man-Fred the mammoth 🦣 from ice age lol
Im confused on the middle open closed part. i never see u close it all the way so it just confuses me, I don’t know what to hit on with the clipper closed
Anytime you go middle open closed think of it as you have to hit whatever guideline you’re working on in the middle. If it’s open you hit the full guideline, if your lever is closed you slightly tap the beginning. This goes for every single guideline! The method is just there as a reference
For those dad's that are pleasing their sons' requests and allowing their hair to grow (my son changes his style more than underwear lol jk) Just acknowledge, due to these lengths of hair it does take the barber time to "create" the guidelines. Please compensate if possible. I'm not a barber but do respect their talent and TIME (they could be makin more money on 2-3 clients vs 1).
