  • Sadly, many exercises given by healthcare professionals to people suffering with runner's knee are actually harmful.
    But they aren't aware of this unless they're specialists in helping people heal using treatment not focused on medications, injections, or surgery.
    Most healthcare professionals giving people exercises actually went to school to primarily study medicine and / or surgery.
    The main exception are physical therapists...but most of those primarily help people AFTER they've had surgery...rather than helping people avoid surgery...
    This is why it's common to get exercises that make runner's knee worse.

    Sir, your video is very good because most of the people do not know which exercise to do and which not to do. Sir, I have medial meniscus tear grade 2. Can you tell me which exercise should I do so that I can get well?

    Both my knees hurt , I tore my meniscus on my left knee, broke my heel on my right foot. Walking is killing both my knees 😢

    What types of exercise should do and which should I not do? Had both rt and lt knee replacement.

    Love this.. Could you please address how to minimize the knee's reaction to when a steroid injection wears off 2 months early and knee stiffens again. This is #2 and I really don't want anymore, this time I had prickly skin radiating up from injection site, reaction... Mere standing gets painful and I do NOT want a knee replacement. When "old knee returns", I go between short warm ups on my recumbent bike and wondering if more than 2 minutes is irritating it and making it worse and knowing the right kind of exercise makes more natural lubricant.. and taking thru-out the day all the knee supplements, only taking Tylenol in the afternoon when it is at its worse. I have ponies so I visit barn 2xs a day and walk w walking poles. I will review all your mentioned knee routines. many thanks. I follow your advise about certain PT exercises not to do, bcz PTs I've seen do all the wrong things... therefore I don't go back. Wish I was local, but I'm not.

    Hi Doctor, good day!!! I'd like to know please why my knees hurt so much after a 30 min walk or a distant walk. How canni getvrid of this please or strengthen my knees? By the way I am a 61 year old woman, please help! Thank you very , very much Sir!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

      Hey Rosanna, so sorry to hear about your knees hurting after walking, that is so frustrating! Fixing your knee pain is a process. There are many exercises to do over a period of time so that you can address the root of the problem and get back to walking pain free as long as you want!

    please guide exercise for pain at backside of knee , its very stiff , when i stretch my right leg in deadbug exercise , i feel click at back of knee in crease and pain starts ,

      Hey Radha, so sorry to hear about the pain, stiffness and clicking that you feel in the back of your knee. That is no fun! There are many reasons in the back of the knee like yours. The two most common reasons are Baker's Cyst and Sciatica.
