I love the idea of focusing on the solstice seasons, and being able to integrate into my year ahead reading to give me the big picture view. Having the different levels of context make it much easier to navigate the energies and remind myself that the challenges that arise are part of a bigger picture. Wishing you a lovely holiday season Milly!
Happy Holidays to you too, Dr, Kline! This year, the Winter Solstice energy is showing us how much we have actually transformed and that we’re actually navigating a new reality. This is a great episode to integrate to the 2025 Year Ahead reading, for sure!
This is the first time I am taking notes. When my emotions are big I will check in with them and make more notes 😊 Intention and flexibility. Thank you Milly ✨❤
Thank you, Milly. This is so helpful. Your narrative for the Winter Solstice season makes sense and also brings me a sense of relief that the themes of this (very difficult for me) last year have purpose, trajectory and some resolutions. I am always interested as well in the transition of the Chinese year (Dragon in 2024 to Snake on Jan 29th, 2025). Most years I offer a workshop for people interested in the relationship between their Western Sunsign and Chinese year of birth to what will unfold in the new Chinese Zodiac year. This is very helpful to me and others seem to find it so as well. In 2025 the Lunar year shift is fairly early. Dragon has been a highflying year, full of opportunities to become wiser and more self aware. Also to leave the mainstream world of "shoulds," commerce, and social expectations and to redirect our personal journeys to the higher potentials, freedoms, ethics, and spiritual meanings that we came to this life to pursue. Dragon is the most powerful Chinese Zodiac animal / symbol. (To me it aligns with Leo....). 2025 brings us back down to Earth with a thump as Snake slithers in to ground all this redirection firmly into our lives with Earthly wisdom, personality, practicality as well as insightful intuition (almost psychic abilities). Snake to me is related to Virgo in the west. Both Dragon and Snake have serpent energies--flowing, able to connect us to our reptilian 'back brain' psyches. They both coolly and bluntly require us to face who we are without our bipedal duality that allows us to project our false masks and personas. Both Dragon and Snake bring us face to face with our innately powerful spiritual natures as well--our Divinity within. Snake reminds us that we are also responsible for the health and conditions of our physical bodies that houses our Divinity ( also our individuality). It feels to me that Dragon and Snake both represent the currents of energies that you have been interpreting last year, currently and into the new year--with a lot of accuracy too. I LOVE this Astrological psychospiritual wisdom that you share. Thank you SO much!
Thank you so much for sharing your insights on the Dragon and Snake energies! I don't know much about Chinese Astrology, but it sounds fascinating! How beautiful that you weave both of them together and teach about it!
