I’ve moved, my house is in the renovation process to be a rental, I’m caring for my mother and living closer to family than I have in a long time. I’m glad you found intermittent fasting. It’s such a miracle how it can real making dieting easier. I eat during my window and eat good… I don’t restrict myself except for wheat and sugars. I feel so good while fasting. More people should try it. Our organs love the break too and we save money.
