The song is about relationships not always having happy times but there will be rocky times, too. However, you’ll be able to weather it (see new leaves) if you’ll hang on to your love and forgive each other. I love this song.
The name of the main vocalists are PAOLO BENJAMIN AND MIGUEL BENJAMIM, They're twins.
A story I will never forget from them is when before they were famous, the talent fee they get for one gig is only enough to buy 10 pcs of chicken nuggets, and there are nine in the band so they share 1 pc of nugget each, the other one gets two, for the next gig, the next member gets 2 and so on.
And that's the story as to why they are called 9-piece chicken nuggets

Ben and Ben is a 9 piece indie rock folk band in the Philippines who is the most popular band and most streamed last year in the Philippines. They are lead by twins Paolo Benjamin Guico and Miguel Benjamin Guico. They started performing as a duo as The Benjamins. They have 4 female band members including percussionist, drummer, bassist, and keyboardist. They are very popular in Korea and also K pop fans themselves. On their channel the do some covers of K pop songs but have a large catalog of awesome original songs. Paolo is the main composer and featured vocalist but other people collaborate. SB19 are big fans of Ben and Ben and they have a mutual admiration and enjoyed their collaboration. Other English songs you might want to check out are Maybe The Night, Ride Home, Lifetime, and Doors. They do have some great songs in Tagalog as well such as Araw Araw, Pagtingin, Kathang Isip, and Di Ka Sayang. They sing about love, loss, hope, and acceptance.

Ben and Ben started a new generation of music here in my opinion. React to their first ever song released, Maybe The Night♥️ By the way they wrote this and have their own version and then later on had this collab with Young K. Several Korean artists noticed Ben and Ben two years ago
This song is extremely popular in Korea . A lot of idols listens to this like Mark , Taeyong and even Renjun from NCT . The list is endless . “Leaves” is so popular in Korea that Ben&Ben got great reviews and actually made a Korean version of this song.
Did it get popular because Young K collab’ed with them or was it popular before the collab?

The one who sings the main vocals for the song Leaves is Paolo Benjamin. He and his twin Miguel Benjamin are the main vocalists, acoustic guitarists and song writers of the band.
The one with the bass vocals is the electric guitarist Poch Barretto.

The one who does the bass is Poch! The tallest guy behind Paolo! He has deep dark voice 🤣 he could've been helping Ken and Justin with the bass on Mapa Band Version
