- Can I break par using only clubs that subscribers have donated to me?! In "video 8" of my A Fairway Down series, I finally talk through the clubs that have been donated - a "What's In The Bag" of charity clubs! A huge thanks to Burghill Valley GC for hosting us! #AFairwayDown #BritishHeartFoundation #WHOOP

Your level of “bottom of the trash barrel” golf as you put it is still where many amateurs including myself aspire to get to 😂
A trash can is relative I suppose 😂
In this economy you are 100 percent true. Too many surviving off of dumpster diving to eat. @@peterfinchgolf
If that’s the level u get to after cycling 50 miles a day then I’m gonna get the 🚴 out b4 every round!
@@peterfinchgolfwe all need to work on being trash cans and not trash can'ts.

What a fantastic day. Pete and his team were as nice off the camera as they are on it. Always willing to have a chat to the group and have fun.
Great team raising money for a worthy cause.
Thanks again for the signed ball Pete, my son shed a little tear when I gave it to him!
This is my favourite golf series of all time on YT. You have delivered again Mr Finch and your team. Huge respect for what your doing❤
Agree, it is a great series. I meant to get along to watch this but work got in the way of my golf ambitions again.
Only 3 over with "random" clubs and with the amount of toll you have put on your body is very very good Pete.
Really enjoying this series Pete, and have so much respect for your perseverance and the fundraising you are doing for such a good cause. My plea is to your other subscribers - just imagine if everyone gave just £1 or $1 to your justgiving page. Come on people!
I really am inspired by your tenacity. To bike the distance you have so far? And, having weather, fatigue and the top tier clubs you have to rely on, only to shoot 3 over? You sir, are a beast. Godspeed on your journey and keep the great content for a great cause, coming! Cheers mate!
Insane effort. I think it makes a huge difference when you have a caddy giving you confidence on the shot also.
Love your videos Pete, your golf game is amazing to be able to play how you are with how active you have been and given your recovery percentages. It's really admirable. I've cheered more for you in this series than I have any pro tournament ive ever watched lol.
Maybe exhaustion is smoothing out your swing. Lol. You’re doing incredible. Very admirable because I can tell you’re tired. Heck of an effort. Really enjoyed listening to you and Jacob talking through things. Great job, Jacob!
What an effort so far Pete, keep grinding both on and off the fairways. Huge respect for taking on this challenge, its inspiring to follow along with the journey... not saying i'm about to jump on my bike and cycle the length of Britain, but inspiring all the same. Keep it up and great work 👍🏻
I think this new model of "eating while you play golf" should be a staple moving forward even after your charity ride! "Course Eats" could become your 4th channel
Honestly mate shooting 3 over through 18 after all of the effort you have expended with clubs thay change every round and dont suit your swing is so impressive i cant quantify it! You are amazing for doing this for Charity. Mad respect!
Man u look so exhausted!! It seems you already lost quite a lot of weight as well.
Awesome job and vids as always. Cheers to both of you and your staff. I am french but couldn't resist to donate a bit to your charity.
Thx for getting me entertained everytime i am watching ur content.
Wish u all the best for the remaining trip.
Bb
Great effort Pete, and well played all things considered. Brilliant video again and a nice touch having Jacob on the bag.
When I do legs in the gym a day before a round of golf, I play terribly because my legs just can’t start the downswing…I honestly don’t know how Pete can swing so well after cycling for so long every day 😅
Keep going Pete !! you have 573,000 people behind you. if every donates just a pound that would be epic too. You look exhausted and so you should. Silver medal with not your own clubs , absolutely amazing.
My favorite series right now. Wonderful work all round. That was dialled in golf. Loved listening to Jacob's caddying too ❤
Great work guys
Really good to see the team backing Pete and taking care of him
This is my favourite channel but do watch others of course but there’s not one RUclips golfer currently that could play in this video after everything Pete’s accomplished along they way
Brutal conditions, random clubs, presenting and creating content(again ….. what a great team together) and still manage to pull off some truly amazing shots
I’m smiling very much
Bloody amazing dudes👍
Your resilience is commendable. Can only imagine how stiff your legs and back must be after biking so far.
"'... my prolific ball loosing skill.." (Peter Finch, 2023) 😁😁😁
Quote of the day..
If it's any consolation, Pete - the other day, I went for a sea swim after a downpour and also got covered in poo - not due to tractors, but thanks to Southern Water's lack of investment in a decent sewerage system! Lovely! Er, great stuff, fella - keep going!
What a great round Pete. Well done! I also think Jacob makes a great caddie, think you should use him for every round.
Live squirrels , acorns all that kind of jazz, ha love it Pete .
Well done again, your mental fortitude with the dire weather is admirable. Keep going mate
I like how you focus more when there's a crowd.. you love the pressure and the crowd loves you! :D
That was a great round after all you have done and i think you DESERVED a good cart and that same guy caddying
Looks like you may have found your new putter, Pete! I can only imagine how tired you are between riding and golfing and being in front of the camera. A hat tip to you for embarking on this journey and for pushing your way through. Be well. Cheers!
4:02 nothing wrong with us 14 handicappers Pete 🤨😂
How much longer is this trip gonna last…I’ll be back then, I can’t watch this torture anymore 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Exhausted Pete, fueled by bacon sandwiches and sparse gallery applause, actually makes for a great video!! Thanks guys!!
Loved the hair brush move prior to the ending handshake. Thought I was the only person to notice all of the tour players that do that nasty stuff 😊
Still going strong Pete. A good round with just a few minor blips. All considered you are doing brilliant 👏👏👏
Having watched many of your rounds previously, in this one you seemed a bit delirious - unsurprisingly!
Well done and keep going 🚴♂️🏌️♂️⛳️
Yet another great video! So entertaining.
Great job Pete and team.
I love your videos. You're doing so well on your fairway down cycling Pete 🚲
Brilliant pete total legend my 9 year old son myself loves your videos
Keep going Peter as bleek as it seems the sense it achievement at the end is something that will be with you for rest of your life
Solid work you’re putting in. You got this brotha. Keep hammering on 👊
Inspirational Pete. Great amount raised so far. Grind it out!!
Loved watching Jacob caddie for this game! Small but great change👍
I have been loving this series. How are your legs feeling😂
😂 RIGHT?!?!
Struggling
22:23 “Frog and Toad ft. Peter Finch” coming to bookshelves this fall
Absolutely phenomenal effort. Do not know how you are managing it
Maybe cycle at least 20 miles before teeing off in the Quest for the Open.... Fatigue is a great way to relax! lol You'll play amazing golf!
Keeeeep going Pete! Doing great. Smoothest swing in golf. What a shot on 4 BTW!
Yeah that was decent tbf
Well done so far and well done for not poking the caddy in the eye
Well done, Pete! And Jacob!
"All he is, is a glorified trolley" I cannot wait to have the opportunity to use that
Very nicely done Pete👍and Jacob did a very good caddy job.
Really enjoy your content, this series has been fun to watch. My only gripe is the audio at times. With your thick accent and whispering it just becomes inaudible (and there is a lot of it).
Love your videos and sense of humour Pete.
I hate seeing that idiot run across the 18th green though. No wonder the green-keeper gave you crappy pin positions…
thanks for the great content. Keep it going you will get there. quite a feet your performing here.
What a great round Pete. you played quite well using clubs that are not yours.
There are in fact 6 medal variations according to Australia's Roy and H.G
Gold Silver Bronze Tin Wood and Dung.
Nice round especially considering some of the clubs you are using.
Keep going mate your doing fantastic
Those Eelven wedges are beaut. Keep at it Big P
This'll be great, played Burghill a few times as its not too far from me, great to see a course I've played on a RUclips channel
Yoooo my closest is burghill but Wormsley is near too I will say this and i think you can agree Burghill is a very forgiving corse compared to ones like St. Andrews which is a horrific course for non experienced players, Wormsley too.
@@henLlo17 It is a pretty forgiving course. My home course is South Herefordshire, and I find it a little more tricky than Burghill. I've played Wormsley once and thought it was awesome, going back there next Friday afternoon for a works event thing😊
I've been playing like garbage *gets a silver medal and goes 3 over*
I look at my latest score card of 112.
*Actually throws card in the garbage*
Another great video and a BEAUTIFUL front 9 good sir! I hope the cycle goes well and you STRETCH before your next round 😅
That was a great round. Love to see it.
Pete looking like a greens keeper with the outfit today
As an endurance cyclist, I highly recommend a day off the bike. Let the muscles relax and recoup. Get plenty of clean protein down you and do not drink without isotonic/electrolyte all day long. You need to replace sodium/magnesium heavily when doing back to back days.
Loving this series btw 👌🏻🚴🏌️
3 over? Ya ill take that, ill take that! Hahaha id take that with a bag full of the best clubs on the market all professionally fitted and with a pro caddy at my side.
Love the studio, jealous is obvious ❤
the twirl to end all twirls at 10:20 🤩
Safe to say u can hit that cobra f9 better than i ever could, glad it’s working out for u
Cheers buddy
i think the pga tour or liv should do a tournament where everyone uses the same clubs bought from the same place, like goodwill or costco or something, and may the best golfer win
Competition with Ricks beard!
Great stuff Pete😊
There is almost nothing a badger wouldn’t go near! Must be struggling a bit to be fair
"Just manured" 😂
Yes Peter! 🔥
You are a legend!
"stuff that a badger wouldn't go near" 🤣
You need to keep that putter🔥🔥❤️🔥🔥🔥
Great score, at least to me it is. Looks like the biking is a bit tiring, to be expected for most; takes the extra uumph out of ya. Be Safe
What Maverick Hybrid is that? Have yet to see it used. Would love a shot or two with it.
Well played!
Great round!
Whoever buys that putter in the auction needs to give it to Pete.
😂 I’m buying it
@@peterfinchgolf Love it. 😆
Hope the auction goes well and you have a speedy recovery from such a grind.
ive been quite critical of some youtubers including yourself when it comes to same same content, however i no when i see effort and someone pushing themselves so big up yourself Pete your doing a good thing
you rock Pete!
Liked purely for the placing of the apostrophe in the title
Great performance
Fresh off a week of range sessions, chipping masterclasses and gym power workouts, Mr Finch shoots about 3 over.
Fresh off a week of physical torture, with zero energy, random golf clubs and a body about to break, Mr Finch shoots 3 over.
Hmmmm
Pete, u look like u lost weight from all the cycling. Great job
Should of got up Forest Hill’s golf club in Forest dean
Great stuff Pete........
your legs are very brown,is that
A-suntan
B-rust
C-herefordshire "Road stains"?
Keep going, this is really good viewing, thanks
Yes and yes and yes
how you can play golf with that flatscreen tv in your pocket amazes me 🤷🏻♂️
Is that an RGC hat you are rocking Jacob?
Pete I hope you have a nutritionist supporting you. You seem pretty fatigued and bacon naps aren’t going to cut it.
and a silver for Pete!
£12000 doesn’t seem a lot of money for this effort which must be costing a considerable amount.
Go Pete go!
Love the hot putter❤
You look so weary here fella! Nearly done..
Keep going🎉
Any merch coming?
Someone give Pete a piggyback at this point
Yes now
