Strong inner core muscles make a huge difference in your life and will make your yoga practice go deeper, yoga poses will be better accessible. Do this for two weeks and you will have a different body!

    Thank you. This is perfect. Deceptive. I was wiped out after 1st time.. And I have a regular routine in the evening! This morning did 3 reps. Tomorrow 4, and Thursday 5 and continue....
