As a person who is being on call centre for 14 yrs it's a very stressful job daily, though I have university degree and short courses and depth experience my dream job was never this one, even today I am looking for the job of my dream studies life has being hard never give up on your dreams regardless of age

What a wow. Not used of hearing call centre agent jobs that pay medical aid and Provident fund. I learnt today that one shouldn't group all call centres under a dark cloud, there are good call centre jobs out here. Thanks Boni
